Search for: Planet Earth and claiming that those who discuss or refer to or believe in aliens or extraterrestrials, advanced technology beyond what is commonly observed, time travel, mind control or sensory replacement are violently dangerous to themselves and others and need to be confined in a psychiatric facility portrayed as a type of hospital, where they are indefinitely confined without need for trial and often forced to ingest substances portrayed as brain affecting drugs that are supposed to aid them in not being dangerous or crazy.
Captured criminals on time travel trials claiming they own the universe to invite other criminals to unknowingly try to rescue them, bothering the guy who owns the universe to claim he's a slave and claim that they own his technology.
Rawlings, like many other time travelers are, in this area, are in such trouble and bad circumstances that they are even trying to lure more of their known enemies to the area hoping to exploit their technology or they themselves.
