The most impactful way that you can help First Nations/Métis/Inuit People is by contacting your government officials and start making demands (after you’ve learned them) on their behalf; email, call, write, etc.

But while you’re still unlearning, you can definitely shift the power dynamic by buying from and supporting Indigenous owned businesses and people.

Donating to the Indian Residential School Survivors Society is a great start…….
