The looks are immaculate and I will not accept any counter-arguments π€
If this isn't on your list of funniest scenes in any movie ever, the only conclusion I can draw is you haven't seen this movie
I like Wuthering Heights because it basically says, "Yeah, you can have a soul mate. But he's basically the worst. That says a lot about you." Like all the other soul mate shit presents the idea that you have your perfect other half. Nuh uh. Your other half is gonna be exactly as rotten as you. And it's gonna piss you off. Seeing all your worst flaws up close and personal ain't so nice now, is it?
@yourdeargatsby ... I'm sorry what ?! You have said too little and also too much here, I need explanations x') As for me, hmm... I sewed my own wedding dress, entirely by hand. It was dark purple, and the third thing I sewed in my entire life ^^" And it looked quite okay !! I was very proud of myself.

it's so weird to me that everyone on this website is a human person outside of their weird internet niche so rb this with a random bit of your lore

As someone whoβs literally never read Alex Rider (and no offense to the Alex Rider fandom I probably never will) Alexmis is so funny to me because everytime I see it because itβs such a popular ship I just sit there like

π€ Character you least understand?
Thatβs such a tricky question to answer, depending on how you interpret βunderstandβ. Thank you for asking ! After pondering for a bit, I think Iβll say Artemisβ grandfather. What I donβt understand about this person, is why we know so absolutely little about him, when he should be SO important to explain why Tim became Tim, and thus how Artemis became Artemis. The little we do know about this grandfather just feels off and weird to me. Basically, heβs only truly mentioned three times : - In book 1, Angeline mistakes Artemis for his grandfather, and talks to him extremely fondly and casually, even calling him (in the French version at least) by the most informal term possible to adress a grandparent/FIL ; indicating a very warm and soft relationship ? Though it might just be her psychotic episode distorting the actual truth of how they interacted ? - Then Tim, in TEC, claims that his father only treated him as a businessman and barely knew him as a person ; if his relationship with his father was so cold and distant, why would Angeline show this man such kindness, when we know how fierly protective she is of the ones she loves ? - And then, in TAC Artemis recalls a fond memory of spending time in his grandfatherβs workshop. Sure it might be Angelineβs father in this memory but I donβt think it is. I feel like Timβs father deserved to be a much more prominent, menacing shadow, even being long dead before the start of the first book. I would have loved to know more about him (like, I donβt know, a name would have been nice ^^β), but thatβs also just me wanting to know more about the Fowl family in general. The good thing here at least, is that there is such little lore that it gives a lot of leeway for headcanons π And oh, how many do I have about this man π
