Pma isn’t just a word it's a way of thinking, it has probably helped a lot of people trough out one day after another.  Maybe they are waking up on a bad side and they are going to work or school and they are doing something that they didn’t think was good enough, but then when they though of pma it helped them realise that it’s not the quality that matters it’s the time and effort but into the thing. So i was watching a ryc and Jack was talking about changes and how they Can affect life which i just realised that jack being in la is a positive change which I’m happy that you actually think about like you said in that video that just being in the same alll the time can have negative effect on yourself so I’m happy that you make changes to your life and I hope you keep doing it cuz it seems to do you well :)
