a comic of sanji and ace from one piece. they're in a kitchen, sanji sitting cross legged while smoking at a dining table and ace crouched down looking at the oven. sanji looks sheepish as he leans back, muttering 'really, you didn't have to cook me anything...' to which ace grins and replies 'sure. still wanted to repay you a little, somehow.'

ace stands up straight and flashes a thumbs up towards sanji, exclaiming 'I've spent ages tryna get this right, so it'll be good! unless your refined chef-mouth hates it, then my apologies.'

sanji, now smiling with a heart forming from his smoke, replies 'well, I'd still eat it. I wouldn't ever waste a meal.' Ace says 'good to know then. But you'll have no problems with food wasting when I'm around.'

sanji says 'oh, I'm sure,' but is interrupted by a ding from the oven. Immediately, ace blurts 'oh sweet, it's ready!' and grabs what's in the oven bare handed. this horrifies sanji, who instantly slams a hand down on the table out of secondhand pain. unaware, ace chirps 'welp, it's time to dig in! careful though, it's a lil hot,' as sanji struggles to recover from what he just witnessed.

way to give a man a heart attack...
