I feel so horrible and mad about the leak

And even tho i know there is no way i can avoid spoilers and have the strength to resist watching it for months

I know i will do so in such a bad headspace that it will completely ruin the experience

Because all i think of is how i feel bad for the writers and everyone who worked on the season...

And that we will have to wait A YEAR to watch new DR content.

The parts are separated by months cause the entire POINT is that the suspense and teasing buildup, the hype up to the release is literally PART OF THE EXPERIENCE of watching such a great show

Well, as i interpreted it, the FSM wasn't much of a father, more like a master to Garm and Wu. From what i took from the Spinjitzu Brothers books, probably one of the biggest source of FSM's family life, and how his children looked at him. FSM was horrible at treating/trusting people in the beginning (look at Nineko's example), which is probably cause he came from a realm of war and didn't interact that much, in addition to the fact that he has zero idea of what parenting looked like. After Garm was bitten, he explained multiple times how he felt like his father grew cold of him, looked at his son with distrust, even when the venom's effect was nowhere yet. He was kinda like that very strict parent you have to respect. There are instances in comics and books where Garm also voices his mixed feelings about his relationship with his father, both good and bad.

So i personally don't think he was a good father, more like just a master, but you can't hold that against him when he had zero examples of a parental figure / a normal childhood.
