This moment when you are starting to watch ‘Fantastic Beasts and where to find them’ and you are seeing the WB symbol and you hear hedwigs theme and you are noticing you havent breathed since 2011.

I actually did [the Patronus test] twice as it launched. Both times I got the same Patronus. The people from Pottermore told me that that was incredibly rare because of the amount of algorithms it takes to choose the Patronus. So I must really be that thing.

To everyone who is saying that Eddie's Newt doesn't fit in the Harry Potter world, that he didn't do a good job, let me remind you:

I found Harry in Newt’s awkwardness laced with ‘I don’t fit into this world’. I found Hermione in his knowledge about his pets and the things he cared about. I found Ron in his ‘I annoy people’ and ginger hair. I found Hagrid in his love for animals and the fact that he didn’t give a damn about anything if his pets were threatened. I found Dumbledore in his wise words 'Worry means you suffer twice.’ I found Sirius Black in his rebellous streak and the cheeky grin. And the best of all, I found a person who was basically me in a world that I have always craved, living a life of dreams and achieving all I could only dream of. A character that we originally knew very little about, but was brought to life in the charmingly disarming way only Eddie Redmayne. Mind you, this is the first time I’ve seen him act, so I’m not biased. So yes, Newt Scamandar fits and he fits perfectly well in the Harry Potter world; in a world that has flaws and imperfections, with Eddie giving life to him. All your arguments are therefore invalid.
