the romantic tension between the blood related parent and the found parent is so fucking crazy gotta be one of my favorite ship dynamics
Klaus really has a high emotional intelligence. He is described as "oddly perceptive", picking up on things regarding others that no one else does in the book "Extra Ordinary". He sees when others are excluded. When people act shitty but are actually desperately lonely. And he tries to make them feel better!
But that also means that he realized very early on that they weren't truly loved.
"He hated children too and he had plenty of us." That statement becomes extremely bitter and sad when Reginald does say "I have a deep dislike of children. I do not have them, nor do I intend to have them" in the 60s when they time travelled in season 2.
hamilton is a great example of 'never meet your favorite celebrities'
Thank god Dave is dead because if he wasn’t they’d probably have him kissing fucking Diego or some shit at this point
Thinking about this shot from S1 again…
I’ve seen multiple people refer to it as the ‘dollhouse shot’ and I think that perfectly describes it.
The way they were used and puppeteered in their childhoods by Reggie to be picture perfect. They were manipulated and exploited for years, treated like toys to do whatever you wish with.
But as ‘I Think We’re Alone Now’ plays in the background, it emphasises their new independence. It really pushes how they’re free from the over-looming control of Reggie and the manipulation they had faced is finally over.
They are finally free.
goodbye the way i was so excited for them to be like the best duo ever
In s1, Five tells Allison he wants to live long enough to meet Claire.
In s4, Five and Claire never interact.
This is the most consistent show of all time, WOW!
