im noticing that a lot of men are trying to deny that women are oppressed in today’s world. i had a male classmate disagreed with me when i said that girls and boys are treated differently during childhood, i could hear it in his tone that my feminist view bothered him. i responded that yes girls are treated differently than boys and one example is the way girls are expected to do household chores while boys are not.
