Belated tit jacket post bc i lowkey forgot i had tumblr but i hope y'all appreciate it bc it took me like 2 weeks and barely anyone saw it 😭

Terrible Influence Tour outfit update (ft my cat):

so it’s been a while since i’ve worked on it because i was busy but I got a lot done this week

I got the embroidery for the computer on the back done

and i got like half of the computer stuff sewed on to the jacket

the holographic fabric is a bit annoying, it’s stretchy so it keeps puckering

I just have to use fabric glue on the keyboard letters and then i’ll be done with the back! (they’re tiny and there’s a lot of them so i don’t want to sew them, also bc im lazy)

I do have to redo the varsity letters though, one step forward two steps back ig.

there will definitely be more updates soon, i’m going to the show on the 26th and today is the 10th so i gotta lock in

You’re seeing fall out boy on a concert. Everyone is having a great time. Fall out boy seem a little excited. “We have a surprise for you guys.” Partick says. All of a sudden P!ATD come out and start singing “this is gospel.” When Brendon gets to the chorus, someone else starts singing… “When I was a young boy my father took me into the city to see a marching band.” Lights flash everywhere, and you see FOB singing “this is gospel” along with P!ATD, while MCR is singing “Black parade”. Everyone in the crowd is going wild and crying. Then if things couldn’t get any better, Dan and Phil walk onto stage and kiss, holding the gay flag.

Ok so i’ve gotten a few things done on the jacket im making for TIT so pardon me while i yap,

I have the basic design of the jacket planned out, I’m going to make it like a varsity jacket with a D and P on the front and a laptop on the back with the keyboard spelling out “terrible influence” and youtube on the screen, I still have other elements that i want to add like the PINOF whiskers and maybe other references but most of the decisions on how i want the jacket to look are figured out

I also now have the jacket i’m using as a base and i started working on the D and P letters (I had to use a different fabric for the white part of the D than i did on the P because i somehow lost all my white felt, I hope that it’s not too noticeable)

I also made some parts of the keyboard but I don’t have pictures and I’m not sure if i’m going to use them

I still need to figure out the other elements of the outfit but i think i have a lose idea of what i want, i still might make a pinterest board or something for it or maybe a sketch of what to do, any way im going to sort it out later

now that we know what the set, costumes, and merch look like i think i can get a better feeling for the aesthetics of the show, so im getting quite excited about working on the jacket

i think i set the time limit for the poll for too long and since the tour starts in like 4 days, also because i’m impatient i think im just going to start posting my progress today or tomorrow

I don’t know exactly what i’m doing but i know i want to do a jacket with perhaps a laptop and the keyboard would say “terrible influence”, and maybe a patch on the front or arm that has the whiskers on it and possibly patches with other references, but then again nothings set in stone right now for me i still have like 4 or 3 months before the show im seeing.
