DOOOOO IT! If you need help, resources, VO/VA, whatever feel free to reach out. The creator community is lovely and super supportive.
I want to create an audio drama so badly. It would be a dream come true. Either create one or at least help in creating one in some way. It's honestly hilarious how often the "Audio drama fan to audio drama creator" pipeline occurs. I wish I could join
Howdy friends!

Yaaaassss! Love it.
Inspired by our friends over at @dead-west-podcast we made a little mood board for ourselves.
Here's the thing about audio drama: this is not a cynical medium.
If you're listening to something, it was somebody's passion project. They had a story that was screaming to get out of their brain, and this was the only way. That's what makes it great.
Some affirmations for the day!
Found these at the local park while out with my kids. I was told these were from a celebration of life for a local child who lost their life to abuse. So, let these kids' words sink in and remember you are awesome, you are valued, and you are loved!
Another (4) 1-stars. At this point it really doesn't feel worth it to keep the show up since it wont be seen by anyone on Spotify for all this negative engagement out the door. They have done the same on Apple but I assume that since Apple Pods is tied to your phone number they cant abuse the system in the same way. Sigh. I just wanna tell little ghost stories.
Episode drops tomorrow, catch it everywhere!
Conrad and Father Gregory finally meet! Letting us learn more about Blackwater and the Father's role in it. VA credit: Zach Scott
be careful with what series you watch/read during emotional points in your life because they will forever contain a ghost of your past self within it now
Well howdy, Traveler! Thanks for the kind words about our show and I couldn't agree more with your assessment of both Englewood AD and Hi Nay being impeccable!
STARTED THREE IMPECCABLE AUDIO DRAMAS TODAY!!
Hi Nay - The best supernatural procedural since The X-Files. Has me HOOKED! The lore, the characters, the amazing cultural influences. I just wanna get a knife and fork and eat it.
Dead West - WEIRD WEST, MY BELOVED! Amazing music, great writing, impeccable vibes that capture the appeal of both westerns and folk horrors. Can’t wait to listen to more.
Englewood After Dark - Amazing slice of academic horror. There was a scare in the first prequel short that genuinely gave me chills, and some truly vile twists and turns for the second. If the warm up shorts are this good, the rest is gonna kill me.
Don't get me wrong, I love October but there is something so beautiful about November in North America. The world around me transitions into another beautiful version of itself, shedding it's skin in it's annual dance towards death and subsequent rebirth. Quote by L. M. Montgomery
Dead West is a horror audio fiction series that is a blend of folk horror and weird western themes told in a re-imagined American Gilded age. A time when everything was stolen, blood was let, and society grappled with modernity. Find our show on all Podcatchers! Be sure to leave a rating and review.
