AND you probably write a lot better too...
I know I do. Free thoughts, free words, free mind... 😁
The best thing to happen to my writing was the realization that I could write whatever the fuck I wanted and no one could stop me and honestly when you stop caring what other people think you will be set free.
Our life always expresses the result of our dominant thoughts.
Søren Kierkegaard (via philosophybits)
As said by a fellow dane, so very true.

Det er ikke altid jeg gider tænke. Og slet ikke tænke over hvad jeg tænker, for at få de tanker til at blive ord. Det kan virke stik modsat. Ordene synes tanketomme og bare bedøvende kedelige. I bedste fald noget forvirret volapyk, i værste fald lige ud ligegyldigt. Ikke værd at spilde tid på. Når jeg ikke orker at slæbe mig igennem noget der slæber sig afsted, hvorfor pokker skulle andre så? Jeg…

Min Mund. Min Verden. Og de andres… ADVARSEL! LÆNGERE STYKKE PROSA. UDEN ÉT OVERFLØDIGT ORD. FØR DET ER NØDVENDIGT... Min mund ryster på fingrene.

"CONNECTING DOTS" They say that you can get a bigger picture. They say that 'the bigger picture' is useful. For understanding stuff, like life. Just by connecting dots?!? Sounds too good to be true… But let's give it a try. Life'n stuff certainly could use a bigger picture; might make more sense then. If that's the idea. Making sense. But then those dots starts acting up. As if they were something more than parts of a bigger picture. Or messing with, quite out of order, the idea itself. Green dots moving around, pulling themselves together, then exploding and spreading all over. It looks random. If there was a bigger picture, it would show those dots as what they really are: Big pictures. Each and every one. Alive and enjoying life. But we demand the impossible. The portrait of our complete life. By dots. It's not only impossible. It's just one single dot. Or the one beside the other. They couldn't care less. Why should they? Why should you? Be a dot. Then maybe… Or not. Life'n stuff. Moving, always, blurs any picture. If there ever was… Stuff like life. #mantelmomento #danielmantel #udenfilter #laurieandthestoryof (Some way off, but still...) #dots #thebiggerpicture #life #stuff #greendots #movingpictures #connectingthedots #interpretation #lifeandstuff #thisusefulbiggerpictureisofcoursealiebutquitespreadaroundinmanymindsincludingsometimesminebutjustforawhileluckily (Usual one-off hashtag...) The big task is to make them live peaceful side by side, working together...

I am lucky... Not that I'm that much into soccer, but... I was in Lisbon when Portugal became European Champions. THAT was a whole city going totally crazy! And today, again right in the spot, Benfica becomes national champions. Again, the city is going happy. (Except for those very quiet Sporting-fans...) In every public place, in most normal café's, in every parque or jardim... People are gathered to celebrate. And the whole experience is so different from Denmark. Here it's happy partying. And only that. Not frustrations and aggressive behaviour. So: More respect for a people that uses every opportunity to be happy. No matter what the "official" ranking of 'happy' countries say... (Which is a as misleading as possible...) No! I'm not that big a soccer fan. But I'm fan of a country that uses any excuse to be... BLINDFOOLED. He's totally baffled. Once again. So confused, that he's glued to the ground. It happens so often, too often, he's beginning to suspect something obstructing his moving around in this world. The failure might be a wrong wiring in his brain. But it's hard to tell: Like thoughts thinking thoughts about themselves. Like a mind being scrutinized by itself: Like… Now this tree. Is the slight quivering at the top for real? Are the tiny twigs above actually trembling? He can't move past that puzzle. Could it be a reflection? If so, reflected in him or by something outside his hyperventilating mind? Or, just to make things more complicated, a combination? Whatever possible, he makes into a metaphysical question. And, as we know, anything is possible. The tree begins to feel uncomfortable. Being observed so close, it shifts and moves, uneasy, just to avoid that stare. Checkmate! Or maybe he just need new glasses… #mantelmomento #danielmantel #udenfilter #meltdown #wiring #baffling #foolingmyself #mindless #thinkingtoomuch #unreal #stupidtreeinmywaystopsmeinmyexploringrealityasifanythingisrealforreal (Usual one-off hashtag) (her: The Middle of No-where)
We're quite a lot... 😉
As a writer, in every story I write I feel like I’m leaving out something really, really important, but I can never figure out what it is.
And I don’t suppose I’ll ever be satisfied with anything I write until I can get that indescribable thing onto my paper.
And I know I’m not the only writer who thinks this way.
