I want Bruce, Kara, Donna, Wally, and Dinah to be some of the few left standing and they are pissed. They have a plan to go to a different universe and use their Lazarus pits because their own universe doesn’t have any left. (They go to main au maybe idk)

I have another where it’s just Superman after being alone after outliving the world goes universe hopping cause he’s lonely.

Does anyone know of any psychological horror fanfics about Bruce sort of fight against Batman almost. I have no real good way to describe this.

Maybe like when Bruce was trying to reject becoming Batman again in Dark Knight Returns or like when Bruce try’s to fight for a regular-ish life like in Batman: Mask of the Phantasm.

I’m in an angsty Bruce mood. Also bonus points if Gotham itself is almost alive.

If these don’t exist I might write it myself, it won’t be good but I gotta practice writing and fanfic is the way to go for that.

I think Diana would make a wonderful Paladin, she just feels like she is that light.

I genuinely am stumped on Clark. Maybe a Gunbreaker for what they represent, or maybe a Monk. I feel like Monk might work well.

Oliver has to be a Bard, like it just fits him perfectly. He’s hopeful and wants to help the little guy.

I’m thinking there can be some overlap and the Justice League is just a big Free Company. Oh my word this is so dumb but these are my hyper fixations. Like these are the two things that people can’t talk to me about cause I just won’t shut up about them. I like them a lot.

So I had a flight today and decided to download and watch the Batman Animated Series.

I haven’t seen a lot of it yet but it’s been interesting so far.

Let’s give each other recs! I recommend World’s Finest by Mark Wait and a really cool comic series called Astro City.

The first comic in Astro City is of a family moving into a superhero city, it’s about an average family in a superhero world.

(This is mostly just me trying to get comic recs from people so I can make a reading list for the summer.)

Because I’m in this crazy before sleep mood can I talk about how much I love the current World’s Finest series. It’s the only comics I’m really buying right now cause I love them so much and can’t wait.

They can be really silly but I really love them. I love the dynamics between characters, I love how Bruce and Clark are so close, how Dick is just so fun, the doom patrol is there!

Also Dan Mora’s art is so gorgeous. I literally carry the trade copy with me all the time cause I love it so much. It’s my neurodivergent carry book.

Bruce Wayne meets Clark Kent at the end of a gala, when Clark lands after having to make an emergency rescue.

Cue Bruce running up to Clark(Superman[his best friend]), staring him down, and then stating very clearing that 'this makes so much more sense. what a relief. You probably know who i am then.'

and ah, yeah, reporter clark kent is slightly familiar with bruce wayne, by reputation at least.

And now he suddenly has bruce popping up in his life, along with his child, seemingly certain that they're best friends??? and there's no sign of the brucie he's familiar with from the tabloids, instead there's this very intense serious man who keeps bringing him random inventions to help, including surgical equipment laced with kryptonite in case he needs stitches? How is he going to explain this to batman.

Meanwhile Batman is the most at ease he's been in forever, of course superman is just like that if he was raised by the kent's. and of course superman would've already known his identity even if he's too polite to bring it up.

Personal headcanon

Bruce is no taller than 6’0. He wears lifts as Batman to make himself more intimidating.

(Personally I would love it if he was either 5’11 or 5’10 but idk 6’0 sounds about right too)
