have u read any of Duke's comics? if so what's your favorite arc? I Really love the cursed wheel which I know is not everyone's fav but I just love the way that duke and Bruce have their mentor/mentee relationship they're so sassy to each other and they really enable each other's dumbass impulses XD

I still gotta read that one, that sounds so fun!!! I think the last one I read was the one where Duke was getting into a fight with some we are Robin people and trying to steal some joker serum. I don’t actually remember which comic that was.

I’m still sort of new to his character (I’ve been read ing We Are Robin and been learning through fan osmosis) so if you have any recommendations please give 🙏

Let’s give each other recs! I recommend World’s Finest by Mark Wait and a really cool comic series called Astro City.

The first comic in Astro City is of a family moving into a superhero city, it’s about an average family in a superhero world.

(This is mostly just me trying to get comic recs from people so I can make a reading list for the summer.)

Does anyone know of any psychological horror fanfics about Bruce sort of fight against Batman almost. I have no real good way to describe this.

Maybe like when Bruce was trying to reject becoming Batman again in Dark Knight Returns or like when Bruce try’s to fight for a regular-ish life like in Batman: Mask of the Phantasm.

I’m in an angsty Bruce mood. Also bonus points if Gotham itself is almost alive.

If these don’t exist I might write it myself, it won’t be good but I gotta practice writing and fanfic is the way to go for that.

How does Arthur’s work in relation to like semi aquatic animals? Cause he can communicate with dolphins and whales so it’s not just fish. How far does that go?

Like those mudskippers or something? Would he be able to communicate with them?

Clark is super suspicious of Bruce cause Bruce is being suspicious. He’s studying odd things and literally sewing a batboy costume. They work things out in the end though.

God this was nuts. World’s Finest 172 I had to look for this one online.

Some other fun things:

Another Flash v Superman Race, werebat Bruce, Bruce getting drugged into thinking he has to do everything anyone says or he’ll die, Clark and Bruce being shrunk, and two robot versions of Clark and Bruce begging for death.
