Has anyone ever thought of making a private Tumblr blog for your DR? You could add photos that you scripted into your DR, add info about your DR-self's memories and hobbies, make posts about your friends, family, or S/O, etc.
You could either present it like your actual social media account in your DR, or like a less compact Shifting Script. I feel like this would also be good for shifters who don't like to script for their DRs (which I don't get but whatever works), because instead of it being like a pre-made template, it isn't just filing in the blanks of where you live, what your personality is like, etc.
If you do it this way, it's completely wide open. You could add anything to your side Tumblr that has to do with your Desired Reality at any time, and you wouldn't even have to present the information in order. I personally think it would be really cool, because as someone who really enjoys scripting, I tend to spend too much time on one section and get frustrated and unmotivated.
I think it could also be easier for shifters who have trouble visualizing specific elements of their DR, and the blog could also be a starting point for a DR that the only details you have are the aesthetic, a vague scenario, etc.
Sorry for the long post/rant. Idk if this is a good idea or not it kind of just popped in my head a few minutes ago, so lmk if it helps.

NO VISUALIZATION METHOD TO
I have received so many messages from people about how difficult it is to visualize while entering the void state. I can empathize because I too have struggled with visualization.
I believe that struggling to visualize is one of the most common hurdles that people face when trying to enter the void. Many people find it difficult or even impossible to visualize anything, especially if they have Aphantasia. However, I want to remind you that visualization is not necessary or required to enter the void state. I know visualisation is something that most people struggle with, so here's a "No Visualization Method" to help you enter the void State.
Do this method when you feel so sleepy
STEP 1 : Get into a comfortable position and close your eyes and say "I give my body permission to enter the void".
STEP 2 : Start counting to 100 until you loose track, when you realise you have lost track start to focus on your breathing in out and keep doing so until your body feels weightless.
STEP 3 : Keep affirming to yourself, I give myself permission to enter the void, I give myself permission to enter the void right now and just fall asleep.
STEP 4 : When you will wake up, you will be in the void. Now just affirm for your desires and ENJOY ! 🤍
The way we think of shifting sets us up to fail
this is just my opinion and this is based on a LOA idea of shifting. The idea that you change the 4D and the 3D follows. If you don't believe the same thing that's totally fine! We're all anonymous ppl on Tumblr sharing out opinion, just because I believe something doesn't mean you can't disagree with me.
How you're setting yourself up to "fail", from a LOA perspective:
The very core of how we discuss shifting requires reliance on the 3D for validation. It's built into how we conceptualize it. You consider the physical first.
The 3D does not tell you if you have shifted. The 3D has no authority. You shift in the 4D first.
Don't conform your 4D to your 3D.
Your 4D does not need to mirror the 3D, that's not it's job. The 3D is the mirror. If there was a smudge on the mirror you wouldn't decide to smudge your makeup to match it.
Your goal is the persist in the belief that you have shifted and identify with your 4D. If you wake up, see that the 3D didn't reflect your desire and identify with failure, you are working against yourself.
What you do when it "doesn't work" IS important. What does your 4D look like right now, what is your goal/your desire? Good, now don't identify with anything outside of that.
If in your 4D you shifted last night, don't identify with the idea that you didn't .
Shifting starts with the 4D so WHY do you center your 3D??
Do you know why people suggest that you connect with your DRself throughout the day before the shifting attempt? Because they're identifying with the state fulfilled.
Stop searching for physical validation. Validate the reality you want to see. It comes from within.
You ARE your DRself. Not just in the idea that you're the same person, or that some distant copy is living in your DR, YOU right now are in your DR.
The core of loa is knowing you're already there. You know how I know you can do it? Because you already fucking have. You have to accept that you have.
If you fundamentally view yourself as incapable you will never try do what you wish you could. If you assume you cannot swim you will avoid the water. If you think you need them you'll never remove the training wheels.
I BELIEVE IN YOU. AGGRESSIVELY. IF YOU DON'T DO IT I WILL
🎀Things I’ve learned about Shifting 🎀
1. Background noise doesn’t matter. I come from a Hispanic family household and let me tell you hun it’s freaking loud as hell. It’s like a zoo lol but guess what? I still shifted. At some point you will start to feel your CR kinda “fade away”. I have been in this state where I am in between my CR and DR. I can hear background noise from my CR but I still feel like I’m in a different room or I hear sounds from my DR as well. Has anyone experienced this?? Let me know, I’m curious 🤨
2. Have patience. Allow yourself to relax and naturally connect to your DR. Don’t stress about having random thoughts or having an itch or things like that. Have patience with yourself like seriously you got this babe. Sometimes for me it’s feels like it’s takes 1 or 2 hours until I feel fully connected to my DR. (It’s different for everyone btw) you may take less time than I do. Those things don’t matter if you decide that those things don’t matter.
3. Methods really aren’t needed. If you think about it all methods consist of the same thing usually. It usually consists of affirmations, visualization, subliminal audios, meditation, counting, blah blah blah. If you want to use a method, then do that but don’t force yourself to do a method that doesn’t resonate with you. If you don’t like counting, then don’t count. If you don’t like visualizing, then don’t visualize. Change things up a bit and listen to music that reminds you of your DR or do something that you think is fun.
4. Just because some people like to lie about their shifting experiences doesn’t mean that shifting is fake. Just like in every community there is going to be people that are dishonest or don’t have the best intentions but that doesn’t mean that shifting is a big inside joke. Don’t allow these people to discourage you from shifting to your DR or make you doubt in its existence. Don’t depend on other people's content to feel motivated or believe in shifting. Just KNOW it’s real and motivate yourself to shift. (even though motivation isn’t needed to shift)
5. Shifting is Real. I think we all should know this by now, but I don’t think people really fully understand just how REAL shifting is. I mean you are going to be able to use all of your senses. You will be able to taste food, see your reflection in the mirror, talk to people that may be considered as fictional in this reality, etc. The process of shifting is safe but if you are shifting somewhere that has violence or gore make sure you script your own well-being. High pain tolerance, no trauma, etc.
6. Time isn't important. Just because it's been 4 years or 5 doesn't mean you can't do it. Time doesn't apply to shifting because time is just man-made thing. We created the concept of time not the Universe. Don't blame the Universe for your "Failure". (Spoiler alert: it's not failure) You just need to realize that no matter what, it will happen. It is completely inevitable. Some people have shifted after 5 years so don't give up! It will be worth it.
7. You can't fail at shifting. When you do your method, you will shift to your DR or shift to your CR. You shift all the time. We are constantly shifting consciously or unconsciously. Manifestation and shifting are very much closely related. (But that's another discussion for another time) Just like how we are manifesting on autopilot we are also shifting on autopilot. So, when you do a sleep method, and you wake up in this reality instead of your DR you still shifted. (Just not to your DR) (Get it?)

putting ur energy into SO many things is great and all, and its so fun to be a multi faceted person. but it can leave u feeling so burnt out and dissatisfied with the results of ur hard work and energy. here's information that i've learned and applied about managing multiple interests…💬🎀
ABOUT MULTIPLE INTERESTS ;
so the thing about being a person who has multiple interests and wants to do everything all at once, is that u find urself actually getting nowhere cuz ur energy is like all over the place. ur putting energy into so many different things that ur not moving forward in any of them.
REMEMBER ;
doing everything is impossible. everyone only has 24 hours in a day and there are literally infinite things to do. so dont feel like u have to do every little thing cuz thats just not reasonable. the way to manage ur interests efficiently is to choose what matters.
make a list of everything that u wanna do and rank them in importance…💬🎀
and ofc LOTS of things matter, but to different degrees. by understanding which things have more or less importance you'll feel less bad if u can't get to everything all at once.
THE IMPORTANCE OF TIME MANAGEMENT ;
i use notion to create a weekly agenda, monthly calendar etc. and in doing so im making sure that im being mindful of where im putting my energy and time and im holding myself accountable and being productive. theres lots of other organizing apps that u can use but make sure that ur managing ur time intentionally.
and remember that you have plenty of time to do all of ur interests, including the once that you've ranked as less important. i remind myself that i have decades of my life ahead of me when i catch myself stressing over not having enough time to do something…💬🎀
