this comic is actually a few moths old but i figured i'd post it here, and uh

this got way condensed from my original script cause it was repetitive and also i was experimenting with paneling and getting as much info across as short an area as i could

so yeah the actual feeling i wanted to go into: the like subtle manipulation/the phrases you don't notice that end up being the ones that majority affect how you view your sexuality and attraction to other women

like i cannot stress enough how much the hpsc pres is very much loking out for her best interests and not hawks's

the whole "oh i support you (not really) but also you need to think about your future and how this "thing" can affect your future" so then hawks, whose entire life is devoted to being a hero and shes never actually had the space to think about her sexuality with the same capacity as heroics, something that majorly affects her life, so then when she is out in the world she'll suppress and view her sexuality in a negative light, so she'll prioritize hero work and they wont' have to deal with it, both in how it can affect her work life balance and the effects of an openly out hero
