I do not understand how people were not fond of him but I am absolutely in love with him; he was one of my favorite characters. Not only was he so handsome, but his leadership skills were outstanding. If he was my leader, I would follow him to the death. I admire how passionate he was and how he cares about his fallen soldiers. I was not ready to let him go, but I felt like it was coming.

Birthday: October 14(Libra)

This is the 13th commander of the Survey Corps. He created the long distance enemy scouting formation and when he was not sure of his future, he made Hange Zoe as his successor.

Appearance

He appears taller than most of of his comrades and he appears to have a muscular built. His eyebrows are what catches peoples attention, people used to call him eyebrows as a kid. His icy stare due to his blue eyes. His hair was always parted to the left side of his face. He always seem to be calm and unbothered. However, when need be he will take action and be prepared to lead his scouts.

Season 2, he unfortunately lost his right arm to since it was bitten by a Titan.

Personality

He was very serious, logical and always wanting to plan the future. He trusts his comrades, however, he was the first to know there was a spy within the corps. He’s also very persuasive. He accepted all types of news whether it may be good or bad. His ultimate goal was for humans to be superior over titans and save humanity. He’s willing to sacrifice anything to reach that goal. Darius Zackly believed Erwin did not care about humanity and Pixis thinks he’s just trying to save him own life. He confessed to Levi that he cared more about what’s in Eren’s basement than victory of humanity.

Aside from this obsession, he is no way near selfish. He cares about his fallen comrades and want to honor them. He decides to put himself in the front line and charge towards the beast titan and his army. He abandoned his dream and committed suicide.

History

He was a curious child who did not accept facts of face value. He did not understand how people had no memory of what they’ve lost because the first generations could’ve taught the kids. His father’s theory believes the king was the one who wiped everyone’s memory. He shared this information with others which lead to his father’s accidental death.

Enlisted in the Training Corps and became close with Nile Doks. They both wanted to overthrow the royal and planned on entering Survey corps together. However, they both fell in love with a woman. So, Erwin gave up on Maria and Nile went on to marry her while he became one of the greatest leaders of our generation.

Facts about him:

•Hajime Isayama wanted to design Erwin as a symbol of American justice and he needs to be compared to Superman or Captain America.

•he was single because he didn’t know when he was gonna die

•first commander to ever take command before previous was killed

•lost right arm to a Titan and he salutes with his left which is incorrect

•the voice actor also voices Black Butler’s Sebastian Michaelis

in my opinion, I believe he deserved the have the colossal Titan.

Mimiko and Nanako will forever be some of the most robbed characters of JJK. I just think there was so much potential with one if not both of them helping Itadori and the others beat Kenjaku because they hate him more than anyone. Enemy of an enemy is a friend kind of thing. I’d find them being involved much more interesting than some of the random side characters introduced in the culling games. I just really love them and would’ve loved seeing them fleshed out because my god are they important characters.
