the worst thing about twitter being one of the most popular fandom platforms at the moment is that you can’t find anything there

you want to find art of your favourite characters or ships? good fucking luck because most of the time people don’t “tag” their posts with anything, and if they don’t write the character’s/ship’s name in the tweet, you won’t find it by searching for it! so have fun going through people’s retweets and likes in a desperate attempt to find things

say about tumblr what you will, at least here you can find shit as long as people tag it properly (and why wouldn’t they, as it means people will actually find it = exposure). and honestly, the tag tracking function here has completely spoiled me and i fear i won’t be able to fully migrate to any platform that doesn’t have it
