Not to get emo on main but you ever think about how the troop sang about their dreams of finding “a girl worth fighting for”, and they think their girl worth fighting for is one of romance, but the song abruptly comes to a halt when they find a different girl worth fighting for.
A tiny girl that had been killed at the hands of the Huns. A child too weak, too small to have any chance of withstanding the murderous invaders. That is their girl worth fighting for.
dreamed there was this big moth with the soul of a 3 year old girl in it and when she wanted to be held she’d do this
and it sounds like my own voice
Alright so basically, Megumi had an existential crisis because she thought Yu-Yu and Danji were dating, cause she saw the two of them talking and interacting in a way that people normally do with their lovers, which led to some pretty hilarious misunderstandings. Yu-Yu is finally accepted into the Club, gets a new deck, Tomari speaks a lot of English during the fights, Danji is a tickling machine, Zakusa seems depressed, Megumi is angry about the so-called "relationship" between her aniki and Yu, and has a Cardfight with him about it. And this is the first fight in Vanguard history where the main character does not need the rules explained to them, though it does introduce 2 new mechanisms (Persona Ride and overDress) and surprisingly the cardfight has a bare minimum of overdramatic stuff that cardfights between 2 protags. Shocking, I know. Anyways, so Yu-Yu wins the cardfight, Megumi learns that her deductions were wrong and that she should probably work on her communication skills and asks Yu-Yu if they can fight once more, he agrees, and the episode ends with this dark-looking character in a black cloak (Whom I thought was Nekozawa- Senpai at first) looming around looking extremely suspicious Also there's this moment where Yu-Yu gets handed a card that he loves and holds in sentimental value. Sound Familiar??
WELL IT SHOULD
Isabelle is not letting anyone go without a card this Valentine’s Day. But it looks like she’s not leaving without one either
Have a good Valentine’s Day, folks!
