Kinda tempted to write a KuniGiri fic and maybe try my hand at the 5 + 1 style with them? I've been an avid fic writer since 2018 (got my start in 2014) and I know I could do a bllk fic justice and what better way to break into the fanfic community than with something for my fave pairing??

I'd probably keep it as Kunigami centric POV (but I only write 3rd person) and explore like a "5 times Kunigami can't bring himself to look at Chigiri and 1 time he can't tear his eyes away" based on the whole "keep your eyes on me" from the post BM/MC game conversation.

Doing some analysis with post-WC Kunigami would be really fun also, like going into the apathy and self loathing that is always so fun to write. Idk if there's interest but I will write this (at some point) for myself if no one else.

so ive been playing a lot of baldur's gate 3 recently and after i finish my current playthrough im gonna do a dark urge run but have my tav be Matt Motherfucking Engarde. and I do actually have strong opinions about his class.

wild magic sorcerer . ! because he's definitely a charisma based class and I like to think about how his life might have been affected by the chaos that only wild magic can induce. And I've thought about maybe warlock before but I think it's very important for Matt to be like. The source of his own power, y'know? In line with his acting talent being the thing that got him where he was, like, he was a Child and he was working his ass off, it was not the result of some deity/being of some kind like "hey want some power??"

Maybe there's something with his backstory like . Something really terrible happens, maybe due to a wild magic effect (scar related? possibly? like that's how he gets his eye scar??) and he swears off using magic for a while but misses the feeling of being able to do great things and in this period of confusion is when he gets approached by some devil (he would be pact of the fiend, fight me) of some kind like "I heard you've been wanting power again?" and that's the kick in the ass that Matt needs to have this resurgence of faith in himself and his natural ability.

He's a performer/entertainer but I don't think he's bard coded y'know? Especially in fantasy land. And Paladin is the only other charisma class and um. No . That's just not him. I could see him maybe taking a few levels in rogue for sneak attack and cunning action type stuff but at his heart he's a magic user, it's intrinsically tied to who he is.

I also think he's either a human or a half-elf (high elf, sun flavor).

got really high last night and when i eventually fell asleep all i can remember from my dream is being in the bllk facility and chigiri was there we were hanging out we were chilling and then talking. reo also briefly was there. currently trying to figure out if the edible turned dream!me into second selection!kunigami .

I actually like it when ships hurt each other in long lasting and unforgiveable ways. I like it when they leave vicious, glaring scars. I like when they leave traumas. I like when they stab each other and torture each other and ruin each other’s lives and violate every inch of each other’s values. and I like it when they fucking kill each other permanently dead. 

Okay yeah after thinking a bit more I'd really like to see Ubers!Kira in the NEL. Just hear me out okay??

With it also being said that there were talks of him potentially playing for U-18 he's probably at least vaguely familiar with them and the U-20 guys so putting him with Aiku and Sendo could be smart! I think they'd work well together. I also think his dynamic with Barou would be SOOO interesting, especially to see how they go from rivals in the first selection to forced teammates now.

Also I think that Kira's ego development would be so cool to see. Idk how exactly I'd envision Kira's ego developing, like obviously he's gotta get a little self centered to be able to survive bllk but I would like to think more than anything his one goal is to prove Ego wrong. His ego is revolving around his distate for Ego and his belief that "I can only destroy the system from the top".

and what if i rewrite blue lock with kira as a protag just because i like him and i miss him . what happens then? what if he gets to be a lovely protagonist of his story solely because i think he is neat??? he and isagi get a sort of rival best friends relationship throughout first selection, second selection gives him the reo team-up for a moment, exploring how he feels about abandoning the high school team we've seen him care so deeply for to play in the u-20 match. to win over the u-20 team. to already have a big fanbase going into the nel??? im undecided on exactly which team he'd play for but i saw really pretty ubers kira art a little bit ago.

best friend asked me "how would Miles react if XYZ happened" and in the span of a half hour, mostly asleep, I wrote just under 1k words and I really think the spirit of Miles Edgeworth possessed me .

If I ever develop that further it'll go on ao3 as Miles/NaruMitsu angst so be on the lookout
