how did u do the shaky and uh flowing?? text in ISAT?

and also the thing where only a part of the text appears and then after a second or smth the rest appears

like when emphasizing or smth

the second one is a basic RPGmaker thing, just look for text codes. for the first one: SumRndmDde my beloved. also highly recommend just going "[thing you want] rpgmaker" on google, thats all i found most of the plugins i used lol
