Summer to winter 2019 drawings of a neat kid from JoJo, all in color. Some might have been posted on a separate blog, others for practice but might be incomplete.
đ EARTH LOVE 2023: RELEASING ON APRIL 22, 2023 đ
Had the chance to work with an international group of creators as a page illustrator in this year's edition of Earth Love: An Ultimate Madoka Zine, so here's a snippet of my piece. It was a delight to see everyone's work grow over the course of this project! đ
COME SEE THE COMPLETE ZINE IN ALL ITS GLORY ON APRIL 22ND. BE THERE, OKAY? đ¤
( P.S. Don't forget to check out @dotzines when the 2023 edition drops. đď¸ )
There was another version of the Zed (Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny) drawing from last year that had a lot of jagged lines around the silhouette that I thought looked super cool.
Turns out not everyone likes colored lines all over the place so you guys got the tame one instead.
Metaphoric Self-Portrait with a 1989 twist.
Have you heard the good word about the Pembrokeshire walrus yet?
This walrus is fucken lost.
But Wales has lost its collective shit about it. Theyâre generally keeping its location secret to keep people away, but we get updates every day if itâs still here, if itâs happy, if itâs healthy. We think it was in Ireland about two weeks ago, which is interesting, because it is not actually native to Ireland either. Why is it here? No one knows.
It seems to like Pembrokeshire beaches.
what the hell is going on in this country?!
this google doc includes a list of petitions to sign, resources to help educate yourself and others, organizations to donate to, and contacts of law officials to get in touch with to express your support for the george floyd and black lives matter movements. this includes ways to help even if you donât live in america. please read it and support the movement.Â
use your voice. use every platform you have, no matter how big or how small. nothing will change if you just sit there and watch. if you think youâre the exception, youâre not. remaining indifferent will only support the oppressor. do something.
write to your legal representatives. express your support for legislation that would bring justice to the unarmed civilians whoâve been murdered by law enforcement officers. demand for justice.Â
call 612-324-4499 ă Ą this is a hotline that will coach you on how to get connected with the people who can arrest the officers that murdered george floyd.Â
create serious conversation. stop demeaning people who disagree with your philosophies on how to overcome. it is useless and no better than the practices of the oppressor to silence. we need to listen to each other with respect and really consider how we can combine our perspectives to create practical change.Â
please feel free to add any links or resources or information that you think will be helpful and also reblog to spread awareness. the systems we are fighting against were literally created to oppress marginalized communities and therefore will not go down without a fight. we need to collectively stand up and do something about it.Â
