She was always a kind girl. Very headstrong as well. She lived in Hurricane for as long as she can remember. She had a loving family overall, but her sister passed away in a school shooting when she was in 6th grade. They were close, so that hurt her badly. She learned to move on eventually, with the help of her parents.

She met Clay Burke at school one day. They became friends quickly. He knew about her loss and always tries to comfort her whenever she thought about it. He wanted to be a law enforcer to prevent this kinda stuff from happening. Then they met William. They were the only good things in their life at the time.

They were the BEST FRIEND SQUAD. Although Roselle started to develop some feelings for William. Clay would always tease her for it.

Eventually they get together in high school, and get married years later.

You see, Michael was still young at the time. William was just supposed to free the souls and move on. However that’s not what happened. After William’s death, Henry told Mike that he left town without telling anyone. Then he took Mike in and continued to raise him.

He basically told the kid that his dad abandoned him. That is a dick move right there.

Also, William used to be suicidal when he was a kid, because of his mother. But then he made friends with Roselle and Clay and eventually started a family. He had something to live for. But then everyone dies, he feels somewhat suicidal at that time. But he still needs to look after Michael. But then he becomes undead and stuff.

He’s not suicidal anymore, it’s not like he could stay dead anyway.

Friends with William, Roselle and Clay since high school

Had a sister that died as a child and a brother, who is Andrew Emily

Supported Mike and William when most of the family died

Was hellbent on finding his daughter’s killer

Wasn’t aware William was the killer

He was torn when he found out

Lied to Mike to protect him, he couldn’t take it if the only family he had died

He also felt incredibly guilty for killing the only family Mike had left, but didn’t know what else to do in that moment.

Didn’t stay in the fire, just in case there was more of William’s mess to clean up (good call there Henry)

Charlie found him afterwards because William saved her.

They lived together for a while before more bullshittery occurred
