So there’s this huge dudebro in my class, who, yesterday, sat next to me. And I’m sitting there sweating because like… I’m wearing my shirt with the lesbian flag on it, and he’s the most popular jock in school, and always has this look on his face that say ‘I can and will kill you’. He looks me up and down, stares at me for a minute and then goes, “So. Girls in skirts and long socks, am I right?”
To which I nodded solemnly, both out of agreement, surprise and also a healthy amount of awkward fear. He nodded and went, “You get it.”
I said, “Yep.” He fistbumped me, and on went our lives.
Her name is Laetitia Ky and she’s only 23! 😍😍 I’ve already seen a white girl steal her idea so let’s promote tf out of the OG.

Bucky wanted nothing more than to kick Y/N off the case and send her back to wherever the hell she came from. Once Stark announced he was pairing the two up on the Midtown Murders case, hell had very nearly broken loose. Y/N stormed into Stark’s office with a coffee in one hand and her other pulled into a fist, smoke near enough flowing out of her ears and eyes nearly glazing over red.
A few days had passed and the pair couldn’t think of anything worse than being paired together but here they were, ten minutes into a thirty minute drive to Brooklyn, the static of the car radio mixing with their deafening silence, choking them both slowly.
Bucky was accustomed to the silence, taking on cases alone meant he could work in peace, catch the bad guys, file his paperwork and move on to the next one. Silence surrounded his person. Detective Barnes kept silent about his personal life, his emotions and most of all, he kept silent about her.
Y/N tapped her fingers on her thighs, eyes flickering from building to building as the car passed them. For someone who lived in the city, she never saw much of it in her own time - the downside of being a cop.
