A cynic fighting for a better future, Neve is both a private detective and a member of Tevinter's rebellious Shadow Dragons. Born and raised in a working-class neighborhood of Minrathous, she does not believe in the superiority of mages. Neve's favorite food is deep fried fish, especially from Halos' stall in the lower market in Minrathous, and they may make up most of her diet.

Design notes:

Shan'vel Aenadahl, Warrior Reaver, Member of the Lords of Fortune

Shan - Old, Vel - ship/vehicle, Aenadahl - Pine tree

Does not have Vallaslin (wishes he could have gotten it)

Wears Orlesian attire to confuse people about his true background

Took Stanford's name to keep running the "Shack" but isn't 100% trying to pretend to be him as he is well known by other lords

Uses one of Ford's elven artifacts as his cane, doesn't know what it does (currently)

Wears a necklace Ford left behind after being pushed into the Fade, unknown to him if it wields any magical properties

His brass knuckles are from his time in Rivain

Side note: I do want to do a more proper "Lord of Fortune" outfit for him later down the line, but that'll have to be when Veilguard releases and I get my grubby hands on that artbook LOL

ITS GREAT LAKES AWARENESS DAY!!!!!

On this excellent day, be aware that this is the largest group of freshwater lakes in the world, covering over 95,000 square miles and reaching depths of over a thousand feet. They are beautiful freshwater seas.

Also when you die in these lakes, the very cold, oxygen-poor conditions at the bottom preserves you perfectly for all eternity. You will not rot and nothing will eat you. You will exist for as long as the Great Lakes do. Many shipwrecks still have the crew on board. Be Aware.

The thing that gets me about making toph more traditionally feminine is the way it’s being treated as if toph has some sort of weird internalized misogyny for being too masculine when like, there is a whole episode dedicated to her and katara doing traditionally feminine stuff together and having a fun day. It’s not like she rejects everything fem it’s just those things aren’t really toph’s preferred way to have fun so of course she only really does it once in a blue moon.
