You guys don't understand how much I hate Delpad.

I'm about to go on a rant here so buckle up.

It's such a bland ship, I find it to be unoriginal and uninspired. Not to mention it takes away queer representation, with Della and Penumbra being considerably a canon relationship/implied. And it's not like I think Donpad is the only good Launchpad ship, there are tons of amazing ones!! But Delpad does not fall under that radar.

Della originally started out hating Launchpad. Now, that isn't to say their friendship isn't cute, but it certainly would not spand past that in such a short amount of time.

While the only thing Launchpad and Della have in common is being pilots, Donald and Launchpad have way more in common than you would think, with some of Donald's original versions having dreams of being a pilot, and over all sharing a similar personality with Launchpad as well sharing similar struggles, (EXAMPLE: underappreciated, see as stupid/uneducated and over all treated like a burden) As Launchpad also has much more in common with drake or Fenton

What I'm saying is that to me, this ship is bland. I can understand why people might find them cute, but I still hate it with a full heart. It's bland, and unoriginal. I'm sorry.

Donald Duck Gender and Sexuality: - Transmasc (FtM) - Top dysphoria and has had top surgery - Low/no bottom dysphoria - He/him - Bisexual with a preference for women Neurodiverse/Mental Health: - Autistic - Struggles a lot with meltdowns and sensory issues - Overlapping noises especially bothers him unless it's music - Hyper empathetic - PTSD (he's a vet)

Huey Duck Gender and Sexuality: - Cis guy - He/him - (Though I do enjoy multi-headcanons and like transfem Huey as well) - Asexual, sex-neutral - Heteroromantic Neurodiverse/Mental Health: - Autistic - Similar to Donald, struggles with meltdowns and autistic rage - Also hyper empathetic like his uncle - Special interests in the Junior Woodchucks, Research, and Romance - General anxiety and social anxiety

Dewey Duck Gender and Sexuality: - Complicated relationship with gender that he doesn't really care to think much about - Amab nonbinary - he loves masculinity on himself, but feels a detachment to heteronormative masculinity and cis men - he/him pronouns (doesn't mind they or she, but prefers he) - Bisexual with small preference for women - Maybe demiromantic - he's still figuring it out Neurodiverse/Mental Health: - ADHD (calls it ADewHD) Hyperactive - ODD in early childhood - develops Borderline Personality Disorder - Compulsive Sexual Behavior Disorder (Hypersexuality) - sorry he's got so many problems - He wants to save everyone but he can't even save himself - The ODD developed from middle kid syndrome which then developed into BPD and with the BPD-ADHD combination then developed CSBD so basically what I'm saying is he is a slew of impulsivity and compulsivity
