It’s you, not your genetics

I have a friend who is like SUPER skinny. She used to say how she doesn’t get fat at all. On top of that, she seemed to eat a lot of high-calorie food all the time. Everyone kind of assumed that she was “naturally skinny”.

Today she mentioned how she hated eating alone. She just doesn’t eat. That made soo much sense! She might eat a lot when shes at school, surrounded by ppl, but she doesn’t eat much when by herself. As a result she stays skinny.

There are multiple reasons why your skinny friend stays skinny. So stop blaming your genetics!

P.s: unless you have an actual illness that prevents you from losing weight

So my family tries to take advantage of my disordered eating habits?

Like i refuse to eat ice cream and they are happy that there is more for them

I dont buy my lunch at university and they only focus on the fact that they safe 2.6euros every day that i dont eat there

Whenever they dont feel like going to the basement or to a store, they tell me to go "so that i get my steps"

Once I'm skinny, they will regret treating me like this 🥲

The funniest thing is that i binged because im afraid that i won't do good on my finals

So i binged instead of revising
