Hazem Khalil (@hazem1999sblog) is @bilal-salah0's friend. Bilal is verified by Nairuz and Hussein. He's legit. His old blog, @hazem1999, was shadowbanned and he had to remake just a few days ago. Now he's getting error messages when he tries to send DMs. This is really, really bad.
His entire family has been stuck in Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza for months. Now the cost of living has skyrocketed and the means for survival are scarce. His family cannot even access drinking water or food. Tumblr is taking away his only source of income during the genocide.
They need €50,000 as soon as possible, but its been 10 days and they haven't even broken €1k.
Please reblog this, follow his blog, read his previous posts and donate. We can't let Tumblr silence him.
edit august 1:
but thanks to you we crossed €1000. how quickly can we get his family to €2000??
his new blog is @hazempalestine, please follow, donate, and share

Hey everyone, I know it's going to be a busy day for a lot of people, but Google enrolled everyone over 18 into their AI program automatically.
If you have a google account, first go to gemini.google.com/extensions and turn everything off.
Then you need to go to myactivity.google.com/product/gemini and turn off all Gemini activity tracking. You do have to do them in that order to make sure it works.
Honestly, I'm not sure how long this will last, but this should keep Gemini off your projects for a bit.
I saw this over on bluesky and figured it would be good to spread on here. It only takes a few minutes to do.
LITERALLY SOMEONE ANYONE WITH EDITING POWERS I AM ON MT HANDS AND KNEES I'VE BEEN CURSED BY A VISION 🙏🙏🙏
THAT. THAT ONE PART.OF I KNOW THE END;
"when the sirens sound you'll hide under the floor/but i'm not gonna go down in my hometown with a tornado/i'm gonna chase it, i know, i know, i know/ i gotta go now, i know, i know, i know"
"when the sirens sound you'll hide under the floor" - shot of jinx trying to sit back up after getting knocked back by vander, isha deciding what to do
"but i'm not gonna go down in my hometown with a tornado" - isha grabbing the blue hex crystal, adjusting her helmet
"i'm gonna chase it, i know, i know, i know" isha starting to run, especially with that one part of her crying with a smile bc it kills me
"i gotta go now, i know i know, i know" isha sending the 'pew' back and jinx yelling
short bit of the violin instrumental after - the memory scenes, then suddenly the explosion. cut to black
ughhhhghegddhhdh
Timebomb got me atm in its chokehold, maybe tumblr is interested in my newest art as Well?
So, there has been some talk about how a show like the Acolyte can have a viewership rating of 11 million in a week and is considered a failure while a show like HBO’s the Penquin can have barely half of that and is proclaimed a success. As far as I know, the Acolyte has still been able to do quite well, even in the wake of its cancellation. The show has managed to hit some major top ten lists and is still up there on Disney+ list of most watched. Or, last I knew anyway, it’s possible that might have changed, as is inevitable. But, I have to ask myself, what is it exactly do streaming platforms want out of their audiences? This goes for Netflix and Amazon as well. As an audience member for the Acolyte, I watched the show, I geeked out over it on line and I did my best to contribute to its trending by using the appropriate hashtags. I know I wasn’t alone in all of that. Yet the show is cancelled anyway. Yet these platforms still want our attention. But how can platforms still expect our attention when, speaking for myself, I am more disinclined than ever to get invested in any new media, especially Star Wars. I have no plans the watch Skeleton Crew nor do I care for any future movies. If Acolyte had not been cancelled, I would have been willing to, at the very least, give any future projects a fair shake. That’s all I’m really trying to say. Everyone, have a good night.
Been rotating that last episode in my head
