What stops you is that you are very guarded. It's as if you shut yourself off and remain quite distrustful of others. You may also have high standards. Which I understand, because I do the same thing lmao (twin where have you been~ /jk). Never lower your standards though! And as I was saying, that distrust forms an emotional distance from others. The high priestess appeared reversed, and based on the context of your reading, maybe that distrust comes as a defense mechanism from bad experiences and is blocking your intuition. You need to learn how to stop them from having an influence in you to the point they no longer block you from connecting with others in a more healthy way. They won't reach out to you soon. Neither of you are ready to take that step yet.
