I keep seeing posts about how sad it’ll be when the Sole Survivor dies because then Shaun/Curie/Danse will be alone for the rest of eternity and I keep trying to remember if it’s even canon that gen 3 synths don’t age? It’s actually make more sense if they did because they’re almost entirely made of organic material, y'know the same stuff humans are made out of, and as we are all well aware humans age. And the Institute obviously hasn’t found a way to halt aging (Kellogg’s cyborgness notwithstanding). Having them not age would also make the Institute’s mad science scheme of killing people and replacing them with synths kinda pointless because it’d never be feasible for long. Especially in Danse’s case, he’s been with th BoS for a while and they’d probably notice his eternal youth. Point is, I’m pretty sure gen 3s age. So can we please start making some happy headcanons instead of this eternal sadness?

Oooh! Please allow me to throw my hat in the ring with my darling doll. @wastelandhell Take your pick of where ever in my gal’s journey looks more appealing to draw from either scared, doe-eyed vault dweller, weary scavenger, (her mercenary arc hasn’t been fleshed out yet), BOS knight, to jaded General.
(Artbreeder scars and moles for reference if needed.) please forgive any crap quality.
That's right! Follower request time! I have a couple if days off and want to do something for you guys. Beloved mutuals or new followers that I've never spoken to, drop me your refs I want to draw your fallout characters. Yes I will draw characters I've drawn before, and I'll try and do as many as I can, but no guarantees and no set timeframe for completion. I'm just one guy doing this in my free time.
BRRRRRRRRT!
Uhm hancock my dude I don’t think that’s how you mod weapons
Famous Malted Milk, New York City / photo by Ruth Orkin, 1947.
Decided to show off the main base where most of the companions in my main game are dropped off and had to live with one another. Relatively small compared to Sanctuary but far more convenient when seeking out any specific companion to recruit.
While some features of the property are communal; its likely the companions would prefer their fair bit of privacy and ownership of their own personal living quarters.
Built 3 floors upwards with small personal bedrooms for each and every companion.
4 bedrooms and 1 office on the second floor for the men, with a guard post on the far left, past the rocket.
Then up the stairs on the left is the third floor with 3 bedrooms for the women. The third floor also includes some open space that’s used as a second outside dining area once the first dining room within the original red rocket building(first floor) became too cramped for the dozen or so inhabitants.
Finally at the very top is the sniper’s nest as the fourth floor which gives great range of Sanctuary, Abernathy farm, Concord, and the open field towards the East.
What was once a chaotic and lively household, came to an end as all the companions eventually left to newer and far more spacious homes once the institute was finally destroyed.
Though not abandoned, Red rocket later became the bachelor pad and a mechanic’s dream home for Sturges. Now with such a tall structure with many rooms to be filled by just one man, the first floor of Red rocket became the local mechanic’s shop from Concord to Sanctuary with the upper floors being used as a dine-inn for worn out travelers to unwind.
and yes, that’s MacCready up there flipping the bird.
