This morning's smoke is a tidy little number by the folks at Lost and Found, called The Red Laugh (AKA The Elmo). I came by this in a monthly box from Privada Cigar Club. It's a real rarity and full of flavour without being punchy. The only thing I don't like is that I only had one!

It sucks when you’re stuck living with your “estranged” wife/partner. 😕 Fortunately, I’m managing to get a night out and a break from the kids tomorrow. I must say that I’m really looking forward to it.

What HE needs…

Not all things must end & be for her.

Sometimes… HE needs a gentle touch. A caress against HIS brow…to wipe away the day, the stress, the worry.

Sometimes… HE needs the connection, looking into your eyes, knowing that HE was the one that put the glow in them.

Sometimes… HE needs to lay HIS worries, briefly at your feet, knowing that, in your eyes, it does not diminish him in any way.

Sometimes… HE needs your embrace, as silent acknowledgement of all the things HE is to you.

And sometimes… HE needs your submission, to anchor HIM in the world again. A silent tribute to HIS strength & leadership.

It's absolutely the way forward.

This morning I decided on a Gurkha Ghost. Unusually mild for me. But enjoyable on a Friday morning.

Not often I post my nerdy-ass shit on here. So here's a little rant.

I run/DM a campaign at my place every other Friday. We always agree on the same start time (7pm) and that everyone should be here by about 6:30 to set up. It's currently 8pm and out of five players (not including me), only my fiancee is here. Two are unable to come and the other two are getting out and about. One of which lives here.

We need to stop play by about half past 10 because of travel, etc.

I put a lot of time and effort into trying to provide my players with a fun, challenging roleplay gaming experience. I feel like the least my players can do is show up on time.

It's insanely frustrating when you spend hour after hour planning encounters and environments for almost everyone else to seem like they don't give a damn. I know it's just a silly game. But a lot of time goes into making it a good experience for others.
