Slowly inching closer
its a very long cycle of seeing how many hoops we can jump through for the government, while the gov't takes away life-given rights (access to food, shelter and water) very slowly to force us to go through said hoops and eventually we'll be out priced on homes, outpriced on food and water and families will have no choice but work for all of this until it kills them or until all american populous just gets tired of it and revolts
How do you gently and nonjudgmentally tell someone "I'm sorry but my trauma is you"?
Man, there really are a lot of us trans autistics with eating disorders on here huh.
If it's still available, Knight of Light
The Knight of Life
The Knight of Life is someone who is kind and optimistic, always putting others first and taking the step back to allow others to pass them, even when it can be harmful to them.
The Knight of Life is someone who will encourage everyone around them to try their best and if you don’t succeed the first time, try again until you do get it right.
The Knight of Life will help others get past their fears, encouraging them to do things that they’d only wished or dreamed to do one day because the Knight is trying their best to bring out the Life within others.
The Knight of Life at the same time doesn’t really do anything that they’d hoped to do because they believe that they’re not worthy or that they have to work harder to earn their right to do fun things, when really they’ve been going above and beyond the whole time.
The Knight of Life can be seen as something like a perfectionist, always having to do better then they had before, even if they’re already doing the best they can, because they’ll never be satisfied.
The Knight of Life needs to learn to take things down a notch sometimes and to care for themselves more often because while they may be taking care of everyone else’s lives, they’re neglecting their own and that’s never good.
Hey there! Could you please do a classpect on the heir of time and the knight of life? I haven’t seen much of either and would love to see these two more explored :)
I’d be happy to do an analysis for you, thanks for asking. While I don’t have a specific rule about it I have been doing single classpect analysis one at a time generally and since my ask box fills easily I’m going to stick with that, hope that’s not too much of an inconvenience. I’m going to be going with Knight of Life because the Time classes are already some of the most heavily covered on my blog at this point. Maybe the next time my ask box opens I’ll be able to cover the Heir.
Knight of Life - One who serves Life or serves using Life
A knight of life serves Health, Wealth, and Passion.
Life is the most important thing to this player, not specifically their own but as a general concept. If anything was to damage or hinder it for anybody, the knight would do their best to help repair it. It’s likely that even non-doctor knights of life will try to learn basic first aid/psychology so they’re prepared to help. Health conscious but also tending to make sure it’s a life worth living as well.
Sburb Session Interaction
Helpful: The ultimate support healing player. Will have the Boonbuck situation covered. When it comes to helping the space player bring the genesis frog to life, will be one of the best possible helpers.
Hurtful: Keeping your teammates alive too much in a session can lead to people missing out on god tiering. Honestly will become a huge target and might need protected themselves from your enemies. Might not be good at accepting when things go horribly wrong/being stuck in a doomed timeline.
Things aren’t ok in the Land of Genesis and Heave. LOGAH is a world of invention, constantly beckoning to be born. It lies on the cusp of creation, of yearning to break free from an unnatural shell imposed upon it. While the holy towers and shrines across the world, with their holy trees and sacred springs brought forth great life, acting as nodes to the power source lying around the planet, in the recent past massive towers of unknown metal have been plunged into the world, choking, stalling, and halting all of its further growth.
LOGAH is a nice world, really, truly. Lovely spring days with tall grass and gentle forests used to cover most of the planet, but now you would be lucky to find anything green besides cacti out in the bombed wastelands. The pillars of this world emulate a great arid heat, dying out all plant life and cracking and eroding the earth. The world that was once growing, that was once expanding into a verdant and peaceful place, has been lost.
The world is facing a mass extinction event like no other. And as the tower’s heat has begun to breed illusions, lies, and strange new monsters, LOGAH itself has not been helping, The planet is choking as its wellsprings suffer and it coils and heaves against the metallic needles piercing into it. Earthquakes come and go with such pressure and force they are like a tsunami of dust and sand, rising and falling drastically throughout the day.
The consorts, animals, and plant life are on the breaking point and it is only a matter of time until the world cracks in half, either from the black towers or the world itself. Only one person can save the world now…
It’s up to the Knight of Life to batter the dust storms, survive the wretched heat of the wastes, and protect the last remaining life on the world before it is too late!
Denizen: Ārohirohi, the Māori goddess of mirages.
The Illucosm, known by other names such as: the drying lands, the realm of heat and lies, the place of dying, and others, is the illusionary dreamscape that the great pillars project. Monsters of heat and hate devour all that they can as vicious, alien-like predators spawn to hunt. The Illucosm is a nightmare made manifest where everything is kept in perpetual fight and flight. Those who visit rarely return, but those who do often bring back gifts, strange plants and tokens that shouldn’t be able to live out in the waste. It seems that something is growing out there… and the land might not be as inhospitable as it seems…
The Vestige is the central land where consorts congregate. It is a harrowing temple battered by countless storms, but remains as a shining beacon to the world. Literally. A massive blue beacon rises from the top alerting all potential enemies to their location. Vestige is a calm and safe place that harbors hope and with it, and odd complacency. Consorts rarely venture out or strike up any new ideas and they never even bother opening the ancient libraries.. It’s almost like the consorts don’t even want to learn to evolve and grow… - - - This post was commissioned by @help-mii-out ! I’m gonna start with Knight of Life because that’s mine, then I’ll go with people i know and then I’ll do other ones. (I’m more likely to do ones that aren’t explicitly described in the comic)
Knight: gender neutral. exploits their aspect as a weapon, usually for the benefit of others. usually uses their aspects in unorthodox ways as well, utilizing what they already have. at the start of a session, a knight lacks their aspect in some way(like dave’s lack of patience). knights have been known to assist in the breeding of a genesis frog. exact abilities are unclear, and lean more towards being an active class. a knight’s session often lacks their aspect in some way(the danscestors’ session wasn’t well planned[lacked mind], the beta session’s reckoning came early[lacked mind], and the beta trolls were divided by their differences and blood color[lacked bonds/blood]) so their duty is usually to compensate for that in some way(dave fixing the timeline, karkat stopping gamzee’s rampage, etc).
Known knights: Dave Strider (Knight of Time), Karkat Vantas (Knight of Blood), and Latula Pyrope (Knight of Mind).
Life: empathy, healing, improvement of self and others, plants. life players are nature oriented and creative.
a Knight of Life would likely have some sort of health condition that negatively impacts their quality of life, such as asthma or EDS. they would also likely lack physical energy. A Knight of Life’s quest would likely revolve around improving their physical condition and restoring life to their land(solving a famine that was harming the consorts or something like that). Their session might be barren, or the other players might lack the energy and/or motivation, and the knight would have to find some way to remedy that(although there’s not much you can do for a barren session). Knights of life would do anything to protect their friends’ lives, even take on serious injuries/conditions or give their own life. this knight would definitely assist in frog breeding, moreso than any other aspect.
Personality wise, Knights of Life are likely realists, seeing things the way they are. they would see a broken system and say “hey, that’s a broken system!” they would not just recognize flaws, but they would be upset by those flaws and do everything in their power to fix them. like any life player, these knights love nature, but their view on it would likely strongly revolve around the desire to protect that nature and/or use it to protect their friends. if you are a knight of life, you probably like hanging out in the woods and gardening, even if you’re not exactly the best at keeping plants healthy or remembering to go outside. you might cry when anyone dies, not just your loved ones. knights of life definitely love animals too, even the ones that could be considered “ugly” by others. nothing makes knights of life angrier than when someone intentionally harms an innocent life/lives.
a Knight of Life’s abilities may include but are not limited to:
-bringing someone back from the brink of death(no resurrection though; knights can only work with something that already exists)
-transferring someone else’s ailments to themself
-plant manipulation(speedy growth, shapes, weapons, etc)
-quickly healing themself and others
-maximizing someone’s performance, including their own
-increasing cell production(to the extent of making someone develop lots of tumors very quickly)
-curing illnesses
-extending someone’s life beyond the natural span
the extent to which these things could do would depend on the knight’s level, and almost all of them would likely not be available/fully available until they reached godtier. it’s likely that a mortal Knight of Life could heal others, at the expense of part of their lifespan or general health.
