Lady Shiva thought it was time she taught her daughter a lesson.
Her daughter had grown relaxed in her time with Batman, and the recent news was that she had fallen in love with a boy.
Now she stood atop the boys roof thinking of how finding the boys body was going to teach her daughter that love was weakness, that emotions and family was weakness and remind her to never be weak.
She snuck in through the window, fully intent on catching the boy asleep in bed. This was going to be such an easy lesson- A glowing green fist smashed her in to the wall
Her arm broke-shattered. she looked at a boy, the boy. "I was wondering how long you where going to stand on my roof like a stalker. Even Batman had better manners."
She spoke only to be interrupted; "I am- I know who you are lady Shiva. Cass told me. She still cries your name in her nightmares."
She smiled proudly, only to receive an inhuman kick that broke several ribs. "Are you proud of that you sadist? Pleased with the pain and trauma you've caused?"
She tried to speak but noticed the temperature drop and the shadows grow and animate.
"No more. No more pain. No more trauma. No more nightmares. No More Lessons. I love her. I love Cass and there will be No More.
The shadows grew. they wrapped around her- pulling her into the darkness. The only thing she saw where Lazarus green eyes.
Since I saw the drawing where you show his gem poking his back makes me think: can he bend his torso from the gemstone? It looks horrific tho.

Part 4
Twins Danny and Damian but! They both know where the other is (Damian going to Bruce and Danny being sent to the Fentons on a mission at a young age), has kept in touch and all that.
They just...never got around to telling anyone about the other.
That is until Danny comes interrupting Damian on patrol one night in a panic, pushes a bundle into his arms and hurriedly says "Read our texts! It'll explain! I gotta go, got a fruitloop on my tail! Be back when I can!"
And rushes off. When Damian looks down at the bundle in his arm, ignoring the yelling on comms and Nightwing rushing over, he is stunned to see a almost identical face to that of his brother staring back at him, only he can tell its female from the more delicate features.
When he later reads the texts his brother sent during his patrol... well he's tempted to go fruitloop hunting but he has a niece to take of... and inform his father of his granddaughter he's currently holding.
Cass doing nice stuff for Danny like holding open doors and punching mean people. Like, Danny could do all that himself, but it makes him feel nice when someone does it for him. Cass just likes making Danny feel safe and loved.
Cass jogged ahead of Danny, neatly stepping to the side to hold open the door for him.
Danny blinked, but smiled and then stepped through with an exaggerated bow. “You have my thanks, my gentlelady.”
“Of course, sir,” Cass said with a smile and a wink. They then both stepped into the restaurant, where Cass pulled back the chair for him too. She ordered the food for both of them and Danny watched her with his chin in his hands.
She finished ordering a comically large amount of food, much to the waiter’s despair, before finally turning to Danny with a smile.
“Y’know, you’ve been…” he struggled to find words. “… really protective of me lately. Is something up?”
Cass blinked and then said, “Nothing. I just wanted to.”
Danny raised an eyebrow. “You punched a guy in the face yesterday because he was rude to me for wearing a crop top.”
Cass frowned at the memory of yesterday. She wasn’t particularly bothered by breaking the nose of the asshole yesterday, but if Danny was bothered, then she could probably spare some effort to explain every reason why that guy deserved to be beat up.
Danny continued, “And the other day, you yelled at some girls because they were laughing at my eyeliner and boots. I don’t mind—” Cass relaxed, “— but it’s still a little strange. Is there something wrong?”
Cass stared at him before she then shook her head. “I just wanted to.”
She looked at him with adoring eyes before Danny couldn’t handle it anymore and looked away with a flush. Thankfully, the food came out at that moment, several servers coming out at once to bring out their food.
Both were immediately distracted and as they dug in, Danny said, “I’m paying for the meal.”
Cass opened her mouth, ready to pull out Bruce’s credit card but Danny gave her a stern look and she wilted.
“Fine,” she said with a sigh.
Danny beamed. He wiped her mouth with a napkin and then said, “I can do things for you too, y’know.”
She looked at him and smiled. “I know.”
Ember Mclain when she was alive, was a vigilante in Gotham city working side by side with the dynamic duo. Not that she was particularly well liked by them, or the larger hero community on a whole. Just ask any other hero and they'll say that Prima, Ember's hero name, was too attention seeking, unwilling to seek to anyone else, always trying to be the center of attention, and always ruining missions with her need for attention. Needless to say Ember rubbed a lot of heroes the wrong way, especially seeing as that this was early into Bruce taken on Dick Grayson as a ward so none of the heroes really knew how to deal with a teenage vigilante like Ember.
When she had died on a butched mission in a fire the hero community was shocked but not surprised. They kept telling her if she doesn't stop doing things how she normally does something like this would happen. Soon everyone moved on like if a vigilante known as Prima never existed, only slightly traumatized by the death of a child hero.
Now years later while investigating a heavily guarded lab owned by a shady part of the Government known as The Ghost Investigation Ward / the Guys In White the Justice League come across a teenager who liked exactly like Prima dressed up for a show with flaming blue hair and a pink guitar like the one Prima used to own helping a group of teenagers, two adults wearing hazmat suits, and what liked to be metas older teenagers / young adults on a motorcycle in the middle of breaking out a trio of teens and a group of meta verging in ages. The Prima look a like also seemed to be comforting a child none of them could see expect for her, the teens, and the metas.
Dpxdc Prompt #61
It started off as a joke.
No really, it was something that Jason felt the Bats would laugh about, while also helping out some street kids along the way.
He put out a job for the kids of Crime Alley, anyone who could pickpocket the entire Wayne family would get all necessities paid for them by Red Hood until they turned 18.
Most kids that saw the challenge would think it was a joke.
Most kids that believed it was real would think it wasn't even worth trying.
Most kids that tried would be caught immediately, and subsequently get a meal paid for by their Wayne of choice and suddenly have some doors opened for them, because Jason knew his family and knew they had a soft spot for kids.
Except the one thing he didn't account for was Danny Fenton, who most certainly was not most kids.
