personally i think the 4pc set of blizzard strayer can utilize his c1 very well and here are the reasons

just with these, he can reach the minimum of 70% crit rate, the stats of both the artifact and weapon isn't even included here.

so i think it would be obvious that the most suitable build for a c1 kaeya is 4pc blizzard strayer. just slap him with another cryo char and hydro chars to fully utilize the effect of the resonance and passives of the artifact

Night time fell on Liyue, lanterns lit up to paint the darkness and cover the harbor with warmth and light, there was not much difference from the daytime in terms of atmosphere, it's very much still lively, though, as much as you love your home and the bustling harbor sometimes a nice peace and quiet is something you need after a tiring day.

You made your way to Mt. Tianheng, going behind the houses and made your way at the little mountain behind the said houses, a beautiful view of the port welcomed you along with a soft breeze that tickled your skin as you reach the top, you sat down on the grass admiring the view in front of you a sigh escaping your lips. You took out your precious flute from its confinement, admiring it's familiar features before bringing it close to your lips.

The wind went in through the instrument as you are skillfully making a wonderful melody, letting yourself relax as you pour your emotions into playing your favorite instrument.

The wind took your music throughout the land, as far that it reaches to Wang Shu Inn and it seems to catch the attention of the Conqueror of Demons, Xiao.

He perked up in hearing a tune of a familiar instrument that he hadn't heard in a long time, out of curiosity, he swiftly follow the tune finding himself at Liyue Harbor, the noises of the citizens cover up the music making the Yaksha groan in annoyance, moving to another location that is quieter he once again hear the melody but much more louder and clearer this time.

Now standing on the second highest peak in Mt. Tianheng, he overlooks the port and you.

Sitting on the ground with your things beside you as you play the flute, his eyes linger on your form, you look so small from such a far distance, so vulnerable but yet the melody you're playing silence the voices that haunts him. Deciding that the distance is enough for him to listen to your small performance, he sat on the ground, taking one last look at you before closing his eyes and basking at the lovely melody that you're playing with your flute.

It was a moment of tranquility for the Yaksha, something he hadn't had for a long time.

# childe … drum player or electric guitar. His hair is a little longer and he’s the type to stick his tongue out when he’s playing solo or really feeling the music. His style is more like baggy clothes and boyfriend jeans. He’s the layback band member.

Drum player childe, plays the best beats I’m telling you he’s naturally talented with it comes to drumming. Especially if it’s for you, when you are asked to improvise he goes all out giving you one of his best beats so you can give the crowd your best.

Guitar player childe, when he’s playing a solo he can’t help but lean his back against you. My gosh, I can just picture him. Crowd goes crazy for him, he’s the type to wear a tank top with some loose jeans, a couple of necklaces, and maybe even a pearl one. ( i have a thing for guys who wear pearl necklaces </3 ) you sing to him while he plays for you and everyone goes crazy.

# xiao … he’s an electric guitar player no one can’t say no. electric guitar player xiao who wears leather jackets even if he’s drooling in sweat. Wears skinny jeans and combat boots, rings, and has multiple piercings, you choose where. His poker face makes everyone go feral.

He smiles every time you start singing or when you sing once he finishes his part. Man, he loves your voice so much. He can even hear it in his dreams.

He sings with you, the two of you take the same mic and sing away, people love it.

Second lead singer xiao, who takes the lead right after you sing a high note. Holds the guitar with one hand and sings.

# kaeya … keyboard player. He’s the band’s flirtatious member. It’s hard not to get jealous while singing, he literally steals the show and gets thrown bras…

Keyboard player kaeya, who wears half unbuttoned shirts, always the white ones. With baggy jeans and boots. Has his famous earrings and has cool-looking glasses.

# diluc … drum player only and only that. He’s the fit one, not too fit but has the muscles and the body. That’s what he’s known for. He’s the one also wearing tanks tops, a black one to be exact. If it’s not that then he’s wearing oversize shirts and baggy pants has long hair and it’s always on a messy low pony tail. His hair is not as long as he has it in the game.

He always has a serious face but man does he smirk, those little smirks always appear when he’s not even noticing. People go crazy.

Okay but he’s so hot when he plays the drums, you can’t even look behind you without getting shy.

Drum player diluc, who smiles at you when he’s doing his solo while you sing. He’s the type to place his tongue on his teeth while playing just because he gets too concentrated.
