This is how it started
Now it ends😭
I was born in 1989. Reinvented for the first time in 2014, and a part of me was reclaimed in 2023 with the re-release of this album I love so dearly.
Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine the magic you would sprinkle on my life for so long. This moment is a reflection of the woods we've wandered through and all this love between us still glowing in the darkest dark.
I present to you, with gratitude and wild wonder, my version of 1989. 1989 (TAYLOR'S VERSION, 27 OCTOBER 2023)
I know a lot of people are hoping for a scene where Tim finds out about Lucy x Nolan, but I really don’t think we’re going to get one. And if we do, I don’t think it will be the cause of any drama. Because honestly? The fandom has turned it into this whole big dramatic thing, but it’s not really a big deal.
Tim and Lucy are grown ass adults. They’ve both dated other people (let’s not forget that Tim dated one of Lucy’s best friends), and that’s a conversation they’ll probably have at some point. But their dating histories are not something that either of them should be judged for.
Yes, the age difference between Lucy and Nolan was a lot. And no, I didn’t personally think they were that great of a couple. But they were the same rank and their relationship was consensual and Lucy never lied to Tim about it, so I just can’t see a justification for him to be angry or upset when he finds out.
Confused? Sure. Maybe even a little amused. But Tim getting angry or upset would honestly just be petty and a completely unnecessary source of drama.
I personally hope the writers don’t bother with this story line and focus on more realistic sources of conflict instead.
Are Lucy and Tim prepared for the surprise that awaits them during Lucy's second ultrasound session?
I just checked and my twitter TL is filled with people asking for a Chenford break up! Had to get out of there or else I would have had an anxiety attack!😭
I mean why do people want to see their favourite characters in pain? Don't we have enough pain in our real lives? Why to project these harsh realities of life on two characters we all love?😒
I have said it before and will say it again. I don't want Chenford to break up. There are many shows where their 'will they won't they' couple got together and stayed together without breaking up an example of this is Jim and Pam from The Office.
I would request The Rookie showrunners to not break Chenford up in any case. Let them handle their shit together as a team as they have proved they do the best, way many times.🙏
Saying all this. I would also like to add that all are entitled to have their own thoughts/opinions and would like to apologise beforehand if I am anyhow disrespecting anyone's thoughts and views.
Random women hitting on Tim Bradford in Lucy Chen's presence. I bet if someone tries this now, my girl, Lulu is gonna go feral and show them their place! Manifesting a scene as such in season 6!🤭
CHENFORD COUNTDOWN counting the days to season six || day 127 previous relationships vs the right relationship (aka what it looks like to be all in)
