In a world where the ocean is not their dream, eren and armin look to the stars.

Once, Eren had asked if humans would be able to land on a star and Armin had laughed (only a little bit) before he explained that stars were simply huge balls of gas.

Rather than have comfort movies, they regularly watch old footage from the Apollo 11 mission with the lights in the room off with only the star stickers they’d put up when they were 13 to give them light.

Whenever Eren does something he feels proud of he says, “this is one small step for man,” and armin completes it with, “one giant leap for mankind.”

(they’re kind of cringe but it’s okay because they love each other)

I have a confession

 I am literally and absolutely  Reynkout trash. I read her fics almost religiously, especially the Retail store trilogies, because JeanMarco is always good for the soul. However, every so often, there comes a time when I don’t understand a phrase or location she uses, so I either google it or get someone to take me there. While reading LUSH me forever, I was really lost, because I had no idea if Lush was a slang term I’d never heard of  another version of Sephora or something like that. After googling it, and finding out that there was one in my local area, I went and took a field trip to their store for ‘research purposes.’ But I may or may not have forgotten the name of the product Jean had to wear to endorse it. Here’s a little piece of the conversation that took place: T=Them M=Me T:Hello, can I help yo- M: Jean Bath Bomb Purple Rose. T: Excuse me? M: …..Jean Bath Bomb Purple Rose? T: *looking like they might call mall security* Do you mean the Sex Bomb? It’s Purple, and it does have a rose in the middle.. M: Show me please! Long story short, it turned out to be what Kristine (Reynkout) was talking about.
