Hey y'all im a transgirl working a fulltime job and still struggling to make ends meet for my wife and I. So a couple weeks ago a friend recommended me a form of ACT where I'd put my invasive thoughts within the framing or a bad show and I decided to try it by putting them as captions on bulborb pictures

And like, it worked. I began laughing so hard I stopped feeling bad! And then I wondered how it'd work with things people say that make me mad

And before I knew it, we were just putting random little things we found funny in there

And anyway what I'm trying to say here is that this started as a hilarious outlet for any invasive or negative thoughts that I honestly recommend,

But also through experimenting with it we ended up creating The Bulbjak
