Reigen is a Discworld Witch

Part of Reigen’s bit as a ‘psychic’ is that he finds people with problems that they have attributed to Cursed Spirits, such as, lack of sleep, stiff shoulders, etc. and solves them with conventional means.

Only calling on Mob, or Serizawa when a spirit is actually the problem.

This is similar to how witches work in the Discworld series, only they can actually use magic.

Witches like Granny Weatherwax avoid using magic as much as possible, mostly using headology (psychology), Boffo (basically kayfabe) and their skills, only resorting to magic when absolutely necessary.

Now that I think about it Reigen uses a lot of Boffo in his work too.

Every few years I remember that the Alternative Limb Project exists and get blown away once more by their work.

This one is half hyper-realistic, and half swapable sections based on the woman's personality, moods, and spirituality.

This one comes with a DRONE and has control panels in the wrist and forearm, as well as a flashlight and laser pointer.

This one is older, from 2012, but I still love it. Shiny shiny.

This one has a WORKING CUCKOO CLOCK IN THE KNEE. A WORKING. CUCKOO CLOCK.

Another older one, this one with realistic snake.

This is a two part one, dedicated to railway workers/builders/passengers who lost limbs. The limbs can be hooked together to allow the little train to travel between them.

This one is a literal swiss army knife arm, full of survival supplies.

Dysphoric trans girls who put a ton of effort into their presentation and non dysphoric trans girls who just exist in whatever style they already were. Both are equally valid n deserve love and respect. Neither is gross nor the "wrong" way to be a woman.

Trans girls who are dysphoric but unable to present how they want? Due to safety or sensory or health problems? Due to any reason? Super valid and deserving respect and also I'm sorry girl I wish you strength in that.

Trans girls who aren't dysphoric but feel pressured to conform to gender roles and put too much effort into their appearance just so they're accepted or respected? I'm so sorry girl you deserve better. You're super valid and you're enough of a woman already as is
