The craziest thing about mouthwashing to me is that through the whole game we only hear character voices under two circumstances. The Pony Express mascot, and when characters are in pain (crying, heavy breathing, etc).

In mouthwashing, the company is still the only thing that literally has a voice. The people are all silenced in all but their suffering.
