Чувствую себя как лимон в лимонаде. Абсолютно устала, с утра ужасное настроение, боль в груди и ощущение слез в глазах.

Вот что бывает когда всего два дня не говоришь с кем-то о своих эмоциях. Около трёх месяцев назад, до того как я начала общаться со своей подругой, я могла отлично справляться с ними (читать как забивать на них и мучаться), а сейчас хватает и двух дней чтобы довести меня до состояния близкого к нервному срыву.

Буквально на автопилоте сижу на дополнительных, пытаюсь много не думать и не разрыдаться прямо сейчас.

Наконец начинаю возвращается в нормальный режим.

Рано иду спать, рано встаю, читаю книги, даже собираюсь устроить для себя писательский челлендж.

Первая половина января была очень напряжённой, и, кажется, я выхожу из того состояния апатии и лени после этого.

Очень сильно радует, надеюсь, что сейчас не наступит очередной меланахоличный период и это все не превратится в прах.
