Mahmoud @ma7moudgaza2 is a web developer based in Gaza. He is currently still studying, and you may have seen his fundraiser or his spotlighting for fellow Gazan fundraisers.

Mahmoud has taken up a project to publish a website aimed at foreigners who want to learn more about Palestine. He is currently in the information-gathering phase, where he is hoping to ask you all a few questions about how much information the average foreigner knows about Palestine, and what they would be personally interested in learning about. I've seen the first couple of pages, and the project looks lovely!

Sketching another short comic concept, about a servant/handmaiden who delays her lady and lover's execution by an enemy king by agreeing to a terrible task: purifying a cursed sword within a year, whose immense power will then be turned against her homeland if she succeeds. Traditionally, all those who have sacrificed themselves to temporarily purify the sword's madness have been consumed by it and died horrifically; she is not expected to fare differently.

Hamas has released American POW Edan Alexander, but Israel, of course, has refused to commit to a ceasefire.

Alexander is safe—but in the meantime, Ghada’s family of 14 is still living under the bombs, the drones, the missiles. They are starving. THEY SURVIVE OFF OF OUR DONATIONS AND SUPPORT.

The situation is as dire as it has ever been. But there is hope. Please continue to support and share Ghada’s campaign to keep them alive.
