Federally in the US and around the world yet people still smoke it medically and recreationally. Go the diy route, kiss the people your attracted to in the movie theaters, get help on defense and offense with the community, get a community space to garden and cultivate, organize w your friends, lovers, and classmates, make zines, make stickers, share resources on and offline.
