When ur state is so low your ears start popping the moment you try to go literally anywhere else
for my fellow psychotics who struggle with thinking someone is in their house, a method I’ve found that really works are these guys:
i put them on my front door and anytime it opens they ring. that way if i think someone has broken in or i see someone who isn’t there i can think back to if the bells have rung, and if they haven’t i can assure myself it’s not real. obviously it’s not fool proof, like if you are prone to auditory hallucinations, but it has really helped me calm down in time to avoid major psychotic breaks. it’s a real lifesaver

Just got this long ass canister of jellybeans and I've been eating them out of the cap kinda like a shotglass
Ya know what interesting?
Mimicry.
Like you can start drawing on a sheet of paper and a little kid would just, start drawing too. It's something that all species on earth do and it just comes so naturally to us and even though as adults we technically don't need to mimic anymore (as we have learned most of our important life skills already) but we still do it! We use it both:
A. - in our relationships with others, sometimes mimicking their speech patterns or start taking interest in their hobbies.
B. - in situations where we are clueless to what we are supposed to be doing in the moment, looking at what everyone else is doing and mimic it. (This is actually how I got through cheerleading in highschool)
And we don't usually think about it either, it comes as naturally as breathing but of when you do notice it and think about it it's just so cool!
