the law is real like very real and works. it is extremely easy to apply and to win. once i understood that i am god, creation is finished and there is no action needed my whole world flipped for the better. i basically decided that there is no point in worries fears or doubts and just said that they are no longer apart of my life and they haven’t been ever since.

yes, it really is this easy and simple. you don’t have to take action, you don’t have to lift one finger, you don’t have go through a bridge of incidents and you don’t have to wait. the 3d is changing every single second and is malleable like putty. actually there is no time, there is only now the present moment. so when you decide you want something you now have it in your reality, you have already shifted to the reality where it exists and where you have it in the flesh.

be bold. be confident. be brave. just be. this is all really magical and beautiful. this is what we are here on this earth to do. fulfill our desires and all of our wishes. decide that your life is full of blessings, miracles and magic everyday. decide that everything only goes your way. decide that you are just built different and are the exception and you somehow always get what you desire in the 3d in less than a day. decide that you have special powers that allow you to always win and succeed. this doesn’t have to be boring. i believe all of this. i believe blessings miracles and magic fill my whole entire life. i believe i’m built different and somehow just do everything right and constantly win. i believe my life is a magical fairytale because it is and why not?

i do not feel guilt jealousy or regret because it’s a waste of time when i know i am god the creator of my reality. i dwell in love, happiness, joy, knowingness, fulfillment and calmness.

since i am living my fairytale magical life, that means everyone else can too. i’m stubborn and impatient but i used this to my advantage. i took those two traits and worked with it. i’m stubborn and impatient, not in a whiny 6 year old way but in a ‘i am in full control and this is my fate to always succeed and my life be my haven every second of everyday’. and do you wanna know what? it freaking worked rapidly fast like crazy fast. it all went smoothly because i let it happen smoothly.

this is your life. no one else has any say on how you decide to live it. everyone is you pushed out right? we are all one! so decide that the people in your life support you and your decisions and it will just make everything easier. they don’t make the decisions for you but it will make you feel better to know no matter what you are supported. i did this with my parents and siblings i decide that they support me with everything. i didn’t have to do that but it makes it easier.

life is this easy. life is beautiful. life is full of magic. life is absolutely amazing for me and i want it all for you too. simplify it for yourself. you have everything right now and more. you are already in your perfect reality.

i am never disappointed

everything goes my way

i have faith trust and lots of pixie dust

my physical world is perfect beautiful and magical

i have proven to myself that it is easy

only good things happen to me

everything gets handed to me like i am royalty

-> Ariana Grande

“I have this weird manifesting gift, I think.”

Manifested her acting and singing career and has lyrics in her songs talking about manifesting. She also mentions how thoughts create and that we should collectively think better.

-> Jim Carrey

“As far as I can tell, it’s just about letting the universe know what you want and then working towards it while letting go of how it comes to pass.”

Manifested $10 million from his movie ‘dumb and dumber’ by using visualisation and the power of intention (writing himself a check of $10 million and leaving it in his wallet).

-> Lady Gaga

Music is my life. The fame is inside of me. I am going to make a number one record with number one hits.’And it’s not yet; it’s a lie. You’re saying a lie, over and over again. And then one day, the lie is true. - Lady Gaga

Used the mantra above to manifest her dreams. She would use affirmations to change her beliefs and create the life she’s always desired. She also believes we all have the ability to achieve success and that we all have a superstar inside us that we can tap into and release.

-> Oprah Winfrey

“The way you think creates reality for yourself.”

She states that the more that you celebrate and praise your life, the more that you will receive and have to celebrate and using manifestation she was able to manifest her first film role.

-> Kanye West

“I thought I was the best rapper in the world. I sat around and thought about it. Then I became Kanye West.”

When he was in the eighth grade, he would tell himself he was the greatest rapper and imagine himself as the greatest rapper — he would really believe and visualise it.

-> Arnold Schwarzenegger

“When I was very young I visualized myself being and having what it was I wanted. Mentally I never had any doubts about it.”

Manifested his career by believing that you can achieve whatever you want, and visualising that you have it and will get it.

-> Jay Z

“That’s how you do it, you’ve got to vision it first.”

He strongly believes you create your own luck, if you want something, go and get it. Jay Z says that you have to believe in your talent, believe that it’s there and that you can use your talent to achieve what you want. By using this thoughts he was able to manifest his success in the music industry.

-> Jennifer Lopez

“I am open and receptive to all the goodness and abundance that the universe has to offer” — her favourite affirmation

Constantly manifests with affirmations and was able to manifest fame by following her dreams instead of going to college like her parents wanted her to.

And remember..

“You are what you think. So just think big, believe big, act big, work big, give big, forgive big, laugh big and love big.” - Andrew Carnegie & “See the power of the mind is not joke! I said that I would do it and I did”. - Drake

mayaaaa, ik ik okay what im ab to say is really controversial and bad and im sorry, and its okay if u reply rudely to me or get mad i understand. but have you ever experienced or seen irl a MAJOR physical appearance change? it is so motivating to see anons getting their df and db and just being fully confident in themselves. and a lot of them talk about how they look SO much diff and stuff! but when i see bloggers post actual pics about their "drastic" change, it is always a small difference that IS there im not denying it, but could easily be posing/angles/lighting changes/water weight fluctuations, etc etc bc of how small it is. im just asking if you've ever seen a physical appearance change that a) isn't just makeup and b) is super drastic like people outside of the loa community could easily tell she looks like a totally different person. im sorry ik you're probably reading this thinking im a bitch, i just want an answer.

why are you depending on other peoples results so much? and yes me ive experienced a massive change to the point where all people did was compliment me. but again, you dont need approval from others actually go and do it yourself.

Journal Prompts for Your Self-Esteem

The other day I was in the shower and I was thinking about things I could write about when I want to motivate myself or give myself a confidence boost. These are some of the ideas I came up with and I think they could be really beneficial and encouraging.

While thinking about these things, you may begin to doubt yourself or compare yourself to other people, but I’m telling you right now: DON’T DO THAT. It does not matter how big or small you think these things are. These prompts are meant to generate big and small reminders of how dope you are :)

1. What are 10 (or more) things you like about yourself?

2. What things do you want to do or try that can help you feel good about yourself? For example, I’ve been considering trying out individual lashes and recently started looking into LHR. Also, going to the gym even if it’s just for a walk on the treadmill. Literally, if you go once a week for fun just do something.

3. Think about some of your accomplishments in recent years. Describe them to your younger self and imagine how they would feel.

4. What are 10 (or more) things that you like about your life?

5. What are your energy givers? The big and small things that you do that make you feel joy? I loveee my yoga mat. I can lay on it, do nothing, and be happy. It’s that simple. Also washing my face in the morning :)

I want to EMPHASIZE that these things can be simple, everyday things. Do it for yourself without comparing yourself to other people. This is for you and you onlyyy.

Do you have any tips for keeping fluency in a language when you Are fluent want to begin learning other languages?

Thank you anon for this question! Yes, I do, although I am fluent only in two languages so it's not very hard. If you live in a foreign country, keeping fluency is not difficult. But if you don't, I hope this tips will help you with maintaining fluency!

Tips for keeping fluency in a language - while starting learning another one

Learn a new language in your second language

I'm looking for resources for my target language in my second language

I'm learning Spanish now and instead of Polish-Spanish dictionary I'm using English-Spanish dictionary.

When I started learning Japanese I found Spanish speaking YouTubers who talked about Japan and Japanese.

Use vocabulary lists in your second - target language or native - second - target language

Search for the grammar descriptions in the language most similar to the one you're learning

Polish and Latin both have declensions and conjugations so learning Latin in Polish is far easier than learning it in English which doesn't have cases. So choose wisely ;)

Keep fluency on daily basis

Firstly and most importantly, think in your second language, instead of your native language

That's so important and can be done anytime. Requires maybe a little bit more brain power but that's worth it. (And if you can't think in the language, how are you even fluent?)

Use a language on a daily basis

Do the shopping list, count, say hi and thanks to your friends in that language, read the news etc.

Read!!!

Read in that language - news, books, newspapers, literally anything will do. I have this privilege that my second language is English and nowadays on internet almost everything is in English. But if it's not the case for you, try to follow more people on social media that post in your second language. If you check wikipedia for something, do this in your second, third language.

Listen

Listen to the radio, podcast. Watch movies, YouTube, TV. Anything will do ;)

Write (optional)

If you keep a diary or a planner, write in your second language. On Tumblr you can write posts in your second language (and hope that if you make mistakes someone will correct you).

***I use most of these tips on a daily basis and I would say that my English is quite alright 😅 If I discover something new, I'll add it on!***

Energy Work 101: Basic Shielding

"Shielding" is an energy work technique that puts a protective sphere of energy around you. This technique is basic at its core, but can be continually evolved and upgraded to become very advanced and powerful indeed.

Concepts & Theory

Most all shields are spherical or egg-shaped.

Shields are often sized to be an outstretched arm's length away from your body, plus a foot (30cm) or so extra all around. You can make them any size you like. Because they are made of energy, the bigger they are, the more energy they take.

Shields fade away. Depending on how stable they are when you make them, they may fade within hours or days.

Shields can and will affect your mood and how people perceive you.

It is a good idea to practice dismantling/undoing shields as often as you practice creating them.

While the most basic shield is a bubble of white light, they can be endlessly modified.

You can have more than one shield at once. They can be stacked concentrically. Think about which shields you want to be closer to you and which you want on the outside next to others.

One of the most useful ways to modify a shield is to specifically choose what kinds of energies you want to bet let in, and what kinds you want to keep out.

The basic technique used for energy shielding can also be used for other techniques such as glamours, energy cleansing, object charging, and some forms self-care. Because of this, shielding is a good place to start practicing practical energy work.

Shielding is a cousin of aura-imprinting. The technique I am talking about here puts a bubble of energy on the outside of your aura. Aura-imprinting/strengthening techniques refer to changing your aura itself.

Methods of Shield-Raising

There are as many methods to accomplish shielding as there are people. Here are a couple:

1. Make one hand into a fist and place it over your heart. Place your other palm on top of it. Gently push down on your chest to create pressure - not so much that it hurts. Imagine, feel, believe, or know that within your chest is a wellspring of energy. This energy pools around your fist as you create pressure there. When you are ready, move your fist away from your body (experiment with both fast and slow motions). Imagine, feel, believe, or know that an energy sphere grows from that place in your chest and expands until it surrounds you. It stops expanding about a foot away from your outstretched arms.

2. Breathe in. As you breathe in, consider that you are pulling pure energy out of the air and into your body. Hold your breath for a beat and decide that when you exhale, that pure energy is going to start forming a sphere around your body. As you exhale, imagine, feel, believe, intend, or know that this energy flows around you to start forming an energy shell. Continue breathing in and out with intent until you can easily imagine, feel, or believe that the shell has become solid and complete.

3. Consider a pop-culture method that a character uses to shield themselves. Steven Universe can do that rose quartz thing, for example. Or, imagine Captain Picard of Star Trek saying, "shields up!" and the Enterprise being surrounded by powerful protective energy. Copying a pop-culture technique can be extremely effective for shielding. Put your intent towards causing real power to flow, and let culture be your guide.

4. Consider that your body is permanently connected to your environment and there is always free energy exchange passing between you and the world around you. This process is automatic, but like your breath, you have the ability to take control of this process if you so choose. Feel the parts of you making contact with the world below (your feet, or bottoms of your legs if you are sitting). Decide, intend, choose, or will that the energy passing into your body at those points will instead rise up and surround you in a shield. You may need to actively stay with this process and continually will it to occur; with practice you may need to only check in every now and then.

A Method of Shield-Dissolving

1. Consider that you have placed energy around yourself which exists there whether or not you can feel it. Decide, intend, choose, or will that this energy breaks up and dissolves. You get to choose what to do with the energy. Options include:

Drawing it back into yourself

Pushing it down into the earth

Releasing it into the air around you

Would you like to do a fun experiment? Release the energy into the air around you in a closed room with no open doors or windows :)

Consider drawing energy back into yourself until you feel your storage containers are full, then pushing the rest of it downwards and into the earth.

Basic Shield Programming

For practice in raising and putting down energy, the form or shape your shield takes doesn't really matter. If you need to know what form it will take in order to complete the exercise, the most basic shield is considered to be a smooth bubble of white light; you can choose to practice with any form you like.

Programming a shield basically means to choose its effects. Common effects include limiting emotional intake from others, and blocking out environmental energy.

Form should follow function. If you want an energy shield to totally completely block out 100 of environmental energies, its form may take an opaque, solid black orb. If you want the shield to limit some energies but not others, it may take the form of a chain-link fence, be semi-opaque, or be like vines with gaps-inbetween them.

Experimenting with what forms work best for you is worthwhile. You do not necessarily need to choose a specific form: simply putting willpower behind your intent will also suffice.

Two Methods of Programming

I recommend trying the first technique for initially creating the shield, and the second technique for making adjustments once it exists.

1. Choose the intent of your shield before you even begin making it. As you begin gathering power, hold your intent in the forefront of your mind. Understand, believe, or know that the shield will not be created in general, but that it will be created within the specifications of your intent, like pancake batter poured into a cookie cutter mold. Hold your intent at the forefront of your mind while energy is gathered and released into the shield. (This is what you're doing automatically if you choose a pop culture technique with specific shield purpose and form)

2. Create a general/basic shield in any way you prefer. Observe, believe, feel, understand, or know that this basic shield is under your control and will respond to your intent. Select an intent. Pour your intent into the existing shield. This may be done through the vehicle of the breath, hand symbols, eye gazes, chanting, or any desired method. Observe, believe, feel, understand, or know that the shield responds to your will like a pond rippling when a rock is thrown in. Maintain your focus until you sense the work is complete, or until you're tired or bored.

𝐇𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲

Out of all the things you thought you would be doing this year, your head in the toilet bowl as you puke your guts out was the last thing you thought you’d be doing. You’re definitely past the heavy drinking stage, and you definitely weren’t expecting to get pregnant. With twins nonetheless. You liked it better when you were puking thinking you were just sick– Now technically you’ll be sick for nine months. Of course you’re a few months along so it’s a little less than nine months but you aren’t exactly thinking of that.

When you finally can stand up, you walk to your bed and lay down on your bed, an exasperated sigh leaving your lips. You still have so much time left to go and you’re so tired of everything.

It’s a Sunday morning. Sundays are the only day of the week that you get to lay down and relax– And it isn’t every Sunday either. So it’s fair to say that you’re extremely annoyed when you hear your phone ring. And when you see your secretary’s name on your phone you find yourself even more irritated. You still end up picking up the phone,

“This better be good.” You say as you answer the phone. You don’t have much energy to deal with him, or anyone for that matter. You have lunch with your parents, and you have to save up the little energy to deal with them– And to also deal with the fact that you have to announce your pregnancy.

Two weeks after your last meetup with them, when you found out about your pregnancy, your father is sending messages about you starting to focus on something else. Of course you’re annoyed. But you realize you have to tell them the news about your pregnancy before he threatens to give your position to someone else. While bringing the issue up to the board would be absurd, he’s very influential and everyone else respects him a little too much for your liking.

“Don’t you think we should discuss this a little bit more–” He begins and you swear you nearly see your brain from how far back you roll your eyes. Discussing your future plans is the last thing you want to do right at this moment.

“Look, I’m fucking tired. You want to discuss this? Do it during work. I have to meet up with my parents soon.” You share, which gives him a great idea.

“We can go together. We have to tell them eventually, and they for sure will want to know who the father is.” You swear that you’ve chosen to procreate with the dumbest human to ever walk this Earth when you hear this. You take a deep breath before you tell him,

“You’ve gone fucking insane… There’s no fucking way. First of all, they will immediately think the father is my ex-fiancé and I don’t plan on ruining their little daydreams.” You inform him, and you hear him sigh. This is worse than your work calls. Way worse.

“And you’re just going to let them live that fantasy… Until what? Until they ask Getou where your twins are at? Keeping them in the dark about all of this isn’t smart.” He tells you, and he swears that the very clever and smart boss he has been working under for some time has completely disappeared.

“Don’t act fucking smart with me, Kento. If you were smart you would’ve used a condom. You know what? Fucking kill yourself.” You’re clearly extremely irritated before you hang up the phone on him. It doesn’t really surprise Kento though, in fact, he finds himself amused.

𝐇𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲

Around thirty minutes after you told Kento to end his life, you called him to apologize and invite him to your parents house. He, of course, accepted and now you’re on your way to your parents’ house with Kento in the passenger seat and his daughter in the backseat. He couldn’t just leave the little girl in his mom’s house for an hour or so, he had to bring her along. It all makes everything so much more complicated for you, but you’re thinking of ways to explain this situation to your parents.

Awkward silence fills the car since you opted from playing any music. You hear as his daughter hums a tune to herself, playing with the doll that she brought. You feel the tension in the air, and the worst part is that you can’t say anything because his daughter is in the backseat, and what you have to say isn’t suitable for her ears.

Kento stares out the window, watching the repetitive landscape as you drive away from town. You had to pick him up, which adds fifteen more minutes to your drive. However, today you don’t really mind having to drive longer because you have to think everything through.

“Does she know?” You ask Kento, which catches him completely off guard. He has to think about what you just asked. No, she doesn’t know. He’s been dropping subtle hints to ease into it, but he hasn’t verbally told her.

“No, she doesn’t.” Kento responds, causing you to tense up. It makes you click your tongue against the roof of your mouth. You hold back on making the comment that goes through your mind, and you take a deep breath.

You don’t speak again for the rest of the car ride. Kento focuses on looking out the window, and he comes to the conclusion that you’re approaching the house as you begin to pass a stone wall. Although he dismisses the possibility because you drive for around two minutes in front of it, and the stone wall isn’t ending. Sure, you’re rich, but he doubts this is where your parents live. But you prove him wrong. You turn to be met by a gate, and you open it.

“You grew up here?” Kento questions, a bit shocked. But of course you did. However, somehow he feels… relieved. He won’t be able to give his daughter this life but with your help he’d give her something similar.

“Yeah.” You answer. Kento can’t believe his eyes as he sees how huge the place is. You park in front of the main house and exit the car, while Kento takes a moment to build his courage up.

“Okay, Asami. We’re here.” He informs his daughter, and she takes her seatbelt off and exits the car. Yet he can’t seem to leave his seat. It’s as if he’s glued to the seat. While he tries to exit the car, Asami walks to your side.

“What’s your name?” She asks, looking up at you in awe. You remind her of her doll and she’s intrigued. You look down at the little girl, trying your best to give her a smile but it comes off as insincere. The last thing you can do is put on a smile when you’re genuinely stressed. You tell her your name, and she says, “My name is Asami.”

“It’s really nice to meet you, Asami.” You tell her. You stop and look back at your car, only to realize Kento is still inside. You roll your eyes before looking at Asami, “How about we go on without him? He’ll find his way alone.”

“Okay.” She responds and begins to walk alongside you as you make your way to the front door. You get to the door and you unlock it. You allow Asami to walk inside first, and she takes a couple of steps to look inside the place, and her jaw drops. She gasps, “This is like a castle!”

You can’t help but chuckle, walking right behind her. You wish you could view the place like this. For as long as you could remember your plan was to get out of the house. “Hmm, is it?”

“Dad! I’m here!” You announce, hoping your voice is loud enough for him to hear. He’s most likely in the living room, doing whatever he does now that he’s retired. You want to walk there, but you know Kento is going to walk in and he won’t know where to walk.

“How do you know my daddy?” Asami asks while you two wait. You both wait for your dads. You hope Asami’s will be the one to show up first, but the coward seems to be attached to his seat.

“He works for me.” You answer. You reach into your purse to get your phone, about to call Kento and yell at him. Meanwhile you chat with Asami, “Is your daddy okay? He’s taking an awful long time to walk here.”

“I don’t know… He was going to go out with the neighbor lady today but he changed his mind.” She shares, making you raise your eyebrows. You know you had nothing to do with that decision though. You have a lot of questions, but you know asking his daughter isn’t the right thing.

“Have they gone out a lot?” You question which you regret the moment the words leave your lips. She ends up nodding. You purse your lips together, can’t help but think how that’s great for him. So so great.

He finally walks through the door, all the color drained from his face. And just as he steps into the place, your father walks over to you. There’s a smile on his face but it fades and a look of confusion takes over.

“Honey… I didn’t know you were inviting your secretary and…” Your father speaks, looking down at Asami.

“Dad, as you know, this is Kento Nanami. And this is his daughter, Asami.” You introduce them and he greets them. Of course, that doesn’t answer anything. “Before lunch can we have a private conversation with you?”

“Private as in…?” Your father questions. You doubt Kento wants his daughter to find out that she’s becoming a big sister right now out of all times. You won’t filter your announcement now of all times, and he’ll most likely want to protect his daughter’s ears from this.

“Can someone watch over Asami for a bit?” You ask, and he nods. While he gets someone, you look over at Kento who visibly gets worse. You sigh before you mutter, “It’ll be fine, Kento.”

You walk over to the living room and take a seat, while the two men figure out the situation with Asami. You throw your head back and close your eyes, allowing them to rest as you wait. You woke up way too early, sick. The whole entire morning you’ve been sick.

“What do you need to talk to me about?” You hear your father’s voice which causes you to open your eyes and sit up straight. You take a deep breath, watching as Kento takes a seat next to you, and your father in the armchair he usually sits on. “I don’t care for company issues. You should know that.”

“It’s not about that.” You tell him, which obviously doesn’t help his case of figuring things out. You exchange a look with Kento, who looks like he’s on the verge of passing out. Maybe this wouldn’t be so hard if your father wasn’t as powerful as he is.

“What is it about then? Why is Nanami with you?” Your father asks, getting visibly worried. “Now please don’t tell me you killed someone together and need help covering it up. I don’t have those types of connections anymore.”

“No. Quite the opposite… Dad, I’m pregnant.” You stumble over your words, but you finally spit out the confession. His eyes widen but a smile comes onto his face quickly. He stands up, walking over to you. He grabs your hands and pulls you up before he wraps his arms around you.

“Oh, honey, congratulations. I’m so happy for you.” He congratulates you, which you find awkward since you sincerely can’t feel the same way he does. He pulls away, a grin on his face before he asks, “I don’t get what Nanami has to do with this. Why did you bring him alon– Oh.”

“Yeah.” You say under your breath, looking away. “Kento is the father of my babies.”
