Going to a new therapist is hard because I have to fill them in on my like 50 medications and conditions along with my giant ass life story every time. Also a fun fact, if anyone is REALLY set on knowing your birth gender, they're not a good person. Somebody in the community or an ally outside of it would NOT be asking. It's a huge red flag to be caught up on what you were born as, just saying.
