I’ve always felt this way, but recently my anxiety and my desire to meet some sort of expectation has been plaguing me more than usual.

I find myself downplaying anything that I do. Whether it’s my achievements, my mental and physical health, all so that I can be an upstanding daughter. It’s gotten to the point where it’s difficult to cry when I desperately need to because I repress so much lol.
