An Alchemist comes to Phoenix Drop

The village of Phoenix Drop is one that is not so large but so small. A village with many characters that lead their own lives connecting and spreading across to one another like a spiders Web. The center is a lady, her name being Aphmau, the lord of this village. But now a new thread has come into the web, walking along the cobblestone path through the greenery of the forest to the entrance with oak plank walls up high surrounding the area. This is our story begins, with a blonde hair teen with bright sunny eyes. And a satchel at their side. With a white and red coat swaying in the wind, a new character has come in. An Alchemist has come to Phoenix Drop.

/sry I haven’t been here in a bit but this is kinda what I was talking about a few post ago. The rest of the alchemist series will most likely be in headcanons or short stories based in the middle(?) of season 1 of mcd. I hope I can make more of these/

A lot of the JL forget that Marvel has magic, so when he uses it, most of the time they’re surprised. It doesn’t make it better that he normally uses it ridiculously (and somewhat terrifyingly).

Villain: “Muahahaha! You’ll never stop me, Cheese!”

Marvel: “Abracadabra!” *turns him into a chicken*

Villain: *clucks in confusion*

Marvel: “Looks like I’ve got dinner! Junior and Mary will love this!”

Tourist: “What?! Captain, you can’t eat that man?!”

Two-Face: “I didn’t expect to run into you of all people, Captain Marvel. What’re you doing in Gotham-”

Marvel: “Hocus Pocus!”

Two-Face and Harvey: *split into both Two-Face and Harvey*

*silence*

Two-Face and Harvey: *staring at each other in surprise*

Marvel: “Why’d you guys stop talking?”

Harvey: *frantically feeling his own face to see if one side is still burnt*

The two both went through a small mental breakdown before Batman came out of nowhere, beat them both up and took them to Arkham.

Civilians: *falling after a villain pushed them all off* “AHHHHH-”

Marvel: “Alakazam!” *turns the ground underneath them into rubber, so they all bounce*

Civilians: “Thank you, Captain Marvel!”

By the way, this pisses off a lot of magic users, but not for the reason you’d think.

Zatanna: “He’s not even saying proper incantations!

Random Hero: Those aren’t magical?

Zatanna: “Wha- NO! Abracadabra is not a magical word. Neither is hocus-pocus or Alakazam!”

Bringing up this topic can cause many different magic users to go on rants about this specific thing.

I drew female Branch, she lives in my head and I can’t stop it.

Head-canon her to have scarring from her survivalist lifestyle before the first movie

She still has patches of gray on her skin, mostly lower arms, shoulders, feet, face, and tips of the ears

She is sassy and her name will forever and always will be Branch, no need to change. Unless you wanna be like to where she changed her name to Branch after her brothers left and Grandma Rosiepuff died then that could be cool.

Her and Poppy, no matter if Poppy is gender bender or not they will always be together. Broppy forever

You know what would be hilarious? 

Constantine comes into one of those meetings as he sometimes does every blue moon. Though the proper word would be storms into a meeting and practically slams a whole stack of papers down. “Can someone bloody explain to me why the American-fucking-government is trying to go to war with the fucking Infinite Realms?!” 

The Justice League is of course alarmed and confused- and also John weren’t you in Hell?! Yeah, he was, where the fuck do you think he found out about this? 

Now if you’ll excuse him he’s going back to the House of Mysteries with his now haunted trench coat. John, John Constantine what the fuck do you mean by that? No don’t just leave, don’t leave this mess just for them- JOHN! 

A lot of people around me are having kids and every day it becomes more apparent that hitting your children to punish them is insane because literally everything can be a horrible punishment in their eyes if you frame it as such.

Like, one family makes their toddler sit on the stairs for three minutes when he hits his brother or whatever. The stairs are well lit and he can see his family the whole time, he’s just not allowed to get up and leave the stairs or the timer starts over. He fucking hates it just because it’s framed as a punishment.

Another family use a baseball cap. It’s just a plain blue cap with nothing on it. When their toddler needs discipline he gets a timeout on a chair and has to put the cap on. When they’re out and about he just has to wear the cap but it gets the same reaction. Nobody around them can tell he’s being punished because it’s in no way an embarrassing cap, but HE knows and just the threat of having to wear it is enough.

And there isn’t the same contempt afterwards I’ve seen with kids whose parents hit them. One time the kid swung a stick at my dog, his mother immediately made him sit on the stairs, he screamed but stayed put, then he came over to my dog and gently said “Sorry Ellie” and went back to playing like nothing happened, but this time without swinging sticks at the nearby animals.
