A/n: Surprise to no one 🙌🏻🤸‍♀️ this was requested by me to me 🥰 nobody asked for this so I'm just providing for myself 🤲🏻 I just love Manager headcannons 🥺 and I really wanted to try writing more headcannons!

Let's just start off by saying, it doesn't matter if you volunteer for this position or you took it because you needed a club, sending thoughts and prayers your way 🙏🏻

One of the most chaotic and loudest teams to manage

I feel like you'd be rolling your eyes alot 🙄

No one is responsible, except for Kai but he's so tired and so thankful you've come to help

The coaches are so thankful for you

You fill waterbottles, take notes, help with set up and tear down and even prepare snacks

You could do the bare minimum and these men would worship you 🙇‍♂️

Now for the boys themselves...

Kuroo... well good luck there ✌🏻

The man's will tease you while simultaneously hyping you up. It's hella confusing but he tries

Will help you with homework but will tell you the most annoying jokes

Mans doesn't know how to flirt but again he tries

No matter if you are good or bad at volleyball, Yaku always tells you that you are better than Lev

Yaku helps you keep the first years in line, as well as the 2nd years... might as well add Kuroo in there

I also feel like Yaku always walks you from class to practice because he's a sweet bby and only soft for Nekoma's Manager

Demon Senpai doesn't extend to Miss Manager 🤸‍♀️

Kai is the sweetest. He will help you with literally anything and loves discussing notes with you!

He's also great at explaining the sport to you if you literally have zero clue

Kai also sits with you on the bus which you enjoy because he's not annoying like some of the others *cough* YAMAMOTO AND KUROO *cough*

Kenma let's you do your job, nothing more nothing less

He is nice to you tho and will help when needed

If you play video games, you two bond instantly, if not he still respects you none the less

I think Kai, Fukunaga, Shibayama and Inuoka are the most helpful of the team

Fukunaga is hilarious and always makes you laugh

His jokes are perfectly timed and he can always cheer you up

Inuoka and Shibayama are so happy to have a manager

They blush constantly when you encourage them and work twice as hard

Mental note 📝 these boys all love praise

They will help you set up and tear down without any fuss

Yamamoto 🤦‍♀️

The mans is super protective of you and will literally drop anyone who so much as breaths in your general direction

Will bark at anyone 🗣

In fact, the whole team is protective besides Kenma and Kai who know you can handle yourself just fine 💅

They know you can handle yourself because you do daily, queue smacking Lev with a volleyball (channeling your inner Iwaizumi 😏)

You and Lev have a love/hate relationship

No matter your height, Lev makes comments

When it comes to tournaments, practice matches or training camps, these boys are on EDGE

Not because you do anything wrong or are incapable but merely because other people are the recipients of your praise

The thought of you merely gracing other teams with your presence is enough to make these guys flustered

At the tournament to get to nationals, the team left Lev in charge of you

No one left Lev in charge, he insisted

Not sure why, you can handle yourself perfectly fine but Lev was steadfast 🙄

He high key wants to prove himself as responsible

I think we all know where THIS is going 😐

Yaku told Lev if he lost you, he'd regret the day he was born

Lev and you were waiting when you decided to use the bathroom

Enter shiny object that distracts our little himbo Lev and he wanders away from you

You exit the bathroom, looking for Lev

Mans is like 6'4" he shouldn't be hard to find even in a sea of giants

Lev... he peaced out, you roll you eyes and proceed to walk to the gym where you know the boys are warming up

You decide to text Kenma (dude always has his phone on him) telling him you lost Lev and that you are going to find him and head to the gym

Queue your inability to multitasking, causing to to run into the back of a team of snakes 👀

Now everyone knows Nohebi is a sneaky team but when Daishō lays eyes on Nekoma's precious manager, he can't help but feel like he's got a one up on Kuroo

MEANWHILE Lev wanders into the gym, Kai immediately asked where you are

Kai is always thinking about your safety even thought he knows you can take any man, women or child in the place

Lev panics

Inouka and Fukunaga are holding Yaku back

Kenma is rolling his eyes

Kuroo is internally panicking

Yamamoto realizes how many boys are at this tournament and runs from the gym, followed by Kuroo

Kai and Kenma walk behind the idiots as Kenma shows Kai your message

Yaku is still trying to murder Lev who is now benched due to his inability to do one simple task

Back with the snakes, you apologize for your rudeness to which they all smile

I mean, honestly they are cute so you are kinda like 👀👀👀

They ask you if you are lost, to which you reply "No, I'm just on my way to the gym"

Being the gentleman they are, the Nohebi third years escort you to the gym claiming they would never want harm to come to Nekoma's Manager (queue your eye roll but whatever)

Kuroo and Yamamoto spot you walking in between Daishō and another third year, followed swiftly by the rest of the team

Literally a sea of snakes and a cat 😬

Kuroo sees red and Yamamoto doesn't even think before he reacts, charging mercilessly at the guys besides you

You happily wave to your sweet boys as you approach with the Nohebi team

Yamamoto grabs you and shoves you behind him and Kuroo, causing you to smack him lightly on the arm for his rudeness

Yamamoto doesn't care, he's too busy looking intimidating 🤦‍♀️

Kuroo and Daishō are having a staring contest and Yamamoto is trying to figure out the best way to take on 4 guys at one time

You can't help but just watch as things unfold

You squeeze your way through the blockade of Kuroo and Yamamoto, shoving them both aside

"Thank you guys for escorting me back to the gym" you say as you smile and wave cutely at the Nohebi team, who literally sigh at how cute you are

Great job miss manager now you've got Nohebi simping for you

The boys all watch you walk away because I mean, they all got major crushes on you now 💅

Daishō waves at you as he smirks at Kuroo and walks away

Kenma and Kai approach as you walk with them back to the gym

Kuroo and Yamamoto are still staring at Nohebi even after they've walked away 😒

You go to the gym where Yaku embraces you and asks if you are ok

You laugh as you nod and tell him you are fine

Poor Lev is sulking on the bench as you give him an encouraging headpat

Instantly cheers up ☺

Kuroo and Yamamoto eventually make their way to the gym

"YN did those snakes do anything to you" Kuroo rages as Yamamoto stares angerly at the Nohebi team across the court

"Of course not! They were super nice and really cute" you say as you smile in their direction and wave sweetly

You know just how to rile your team up

RIP Yamamoto 💔

Kuroo's face= deflated

You chuckle as you set up for the teams game as Kenma shows you a picture he took of Yamamoto and Kuroo after you told them the devastating news

When they play Nohebi, you don't have to do anything to encourage them

They are already fired up due to your encounter

Kuroos shuts everyone out

Yamamoto can't be stopped

Lev still sitting on the bench until you persuade the coaches and Kuroo that he needs the game experience

You always cheer the loudest for you boys, jumping up and down and encouraging them when they make a good play

Opposing team = jealous bishes

You always give encouraging hugs and/or headpats

When Yaku gets hurt, you are right there to help

You take over for the coach, icing his ankle as you try to get him to calm down

You encourage Shibayama and hold his hands, trying to calm his nerves

The rest of the team now hates Shibayama

When Nekoma wins, earning a ticket to nationals, you cry, everyone cries

First one to run onto the court and tackle them with praise and hugs all around

All the hugs, endless amount of hugs. They might be gross and sweaty but they will hug you none the less

Yamamoto and Kuroo swing you in the air as they eye up an angry Daishō and the Nohebi team

They may or may not stick their tongues out at Nohebi 😝

They know deep down how much you care for them

They all argue whose going to treat you to dinner because they adore you

You make sure Lev doesn't choke on his food at the celebratory dinner

You make sure Kenma eats something, anything just to get his energy back

Kuroo rests his head on your shoulder, you praise him as Yamamoto does the same to your opposite shoulder

Now they all need hugs because you can't play favorites YN

At the end of the day, they all agree..

Thinking about how sweet Nanami is to you during your pregnancy.

He’s so attentive, even more so than usual, because he wants to make sure that you’re comfortable. He’ll run you baths at night and give you massages when your muscles are tense. He also holds your belly up to alleviate some of the pressure on your back.

Nanami is the type of daddy who will go with you to all of your doctor visits. Even when he has to work he’ll find a way to make it. He will also go with you the recommended birthing classes without you having to ask. He’ll learn Lamaze techniques so he can help you remember the correct breathing and relaxation forms for when you go into labor. All the other mothers in your class can’t help but tell you how lucky you are to have him because most of their husbands didn’t even come.

Later that night while Nanami is gently rubbing your tummy and whispering sweet nothings to your baby you can’t help but agree, you’re so incredibly lucky.

When you finally go into labor Nanami holds your hand the entire time.

He whispers words of encouragement into your ear, telling you “how strong you are,” “how you can do this,” and “how he’s right here with you.”

You deliver the sweetest little angel who looks like a perfect carbon copy of her daddy and even though you’re a little jealous (because you’re the one that held her for 9 months) your heart overflows with love for your new family

Sweat covers your brow.

Your chest rises and falls rapidly as you try your best to catch your breath. After twenty-four hours of intense labor your baby girl is finally here and she’s perfect — ten little fingers and toes, a tiny button nose, the chubbiest cheeks you’ve ever seen, and a head full of hair. She’s your little angel. And while you stare at your daughter in amazement you feel Nanami press his lips against your head. “Thank you” he says in a voice laced with adoration as he places his large palm on your daughter’s head “thank you so much.”

Your eyes begin to well up with tears . . . freaking hormones

Literally, they act as if they don’t have three managers

They literally will lay down in a puddle of mud while you step on them

But you, you my love are super special to our boys

Why you ask?

Well it’s because you provide them with nutrients to survive 😌

That’s right, your love of baking and the fine art of culinary creations only helps you out with our beloved crows

You’ve learned to cater to all their needs

Filling recipes with top tier ingredients for success

Things like fruits, nuts, and even sneaking some veggies in there

Like zucchini bread or carrot cake

Listen, even if it’s in a desert, it still counts as a fruit or veggie

Anyways, you are always there to help our precious boys fill their bellies

You are in charge of snacks for games and practice, often finding joy in everything you do

So when the prelims for the road to spring nationals start, you are busy whipping up some goodies

You bake the entire weekend before, preparing for every possible scenario

Protein muffins for in between matches

Chocolate chip cookies for after they win matches

You even prepare some of your famous Strawberry shortcake cookies just incase the boys happen to lose

Not that we think they will, don’t get me wrong but it’s always nice to be prepared

Anyways, the prelims start and Karasuno dominates

Like, did we really thinking they wouldn’t 💅

Anyways, tensions run high as the boys go into their match with Seijoh

You remember the first time they fought against Seijoh and how the loss crushed them

But fueled up on your high-protein muffins, these boys are ready to kick butt!

And kick butt they do!

They beat Seijoh and prepare to meet Shiratorizawa in the finals

After the game, you notice how upset Seijoh is after their loss

You knew this was the third years last tournament and seeing them cry hurt

You thought about if it was your boys

And with that, there was only one thing left to do

So you pulled out a piece of paper and wrote a little note and stuck it in the box of cookies

As your team was preparing to leave, you grabbed your box of Strawberry Shortcake cookies and ran over to Seijoh

“Excuse me?” You said as the entire Seijoh team turned around and looked at you

“You guys played an excellent game and you deserve these,” you said handing Seijoh your expertly wrapped cookies

Oikawa accepted, saying nothing

You smile and wave as you run back to your team

Meanwhile, back the gym the Seijoh boys are extremely sad

“Hey what did that manager from Karasuno give you Oikawa?” Kindaichi asked as Oikawa reached for the box

He reached for it, opening it as the note slipped out

Iwa picked the note up and began reading it

It read “Thank you for playing your hardest! You deserve these. Xoxo YN, Karasuno’s Manager”

“It’s cookies,” Oikawa said as he began to pass them around and Iwa showed Oiks the note

You are in the gym taking notes when a teacher comes to get you

“You guys are about to have something to cry about if you don’t get your butts back to the gym RIGHT NOW!” Daichi shouted, looming over them as the boys all turned and ran back to the gym.

RAINY DAYS! - AKAASHI KEIJI

summary, akaashi helps you on a rainy day.

— mutual pining, minor swearing, fluff, akaashi being a geek in love

they say that rainy days are the best way to see someone's love for them. at that moment, their love would be displayed to the public and everyone can see how much they love one another.

even if they shared an umbrella, there would be a certain angle where someone would be more exposed to the droplets instead of the other one.

and it was obvious that akaashi keiji displayed love for you.

you looked at the grey clouds that are coming your way, your hands on your hips as you examine them. multiple coulds are nearing and indicates that they bring a huge storm.

a sigh escapes your lips as you crossed your arms, thinking wether to wait for the rain to stop or just run to the nearest store that are a couple blocks away. you should've watched the weather forecast this morning before going to work.

and then it hits you. you left your clothes to dry out on the balcony of your apartment. crap— and it seems like you can't be going home right now.

"something on your mind, (y/n)?" a familliar voice asked you to which you turned around.

a small smile forms on your lips to show that you're alright, although it's quite evident that it's faux.

"i forgot my umbrella and it looks like heavy rain is coming" you muttered to which he just nodded and walked towards you.

"you can borrow my umbrella, if you'd like" he says, voice coated with worry. you shook your head and flailed your hand.

"no, it's fine! how are you gonna go home if i take your umbrella, akaashi?" he pushes the bridge of his glasses and crosses his arms.

"we could go together, if that's fine with you?"

he really wanted to blurt that sentence out but the words got stuck in his throat. he wants to have a chance at helping and getting closer to you!

ever since you both started working here together, he's had a teensy little crush on you which eventually grew and drove him crazy. he's never felt like this before and he's so nervous right now.

he opened his mouth to talk but he gets nervous. what if she thinks i'm weird? what if she already has someone else? what if—

"but if you don't mind, maybe we could go together? you can just drop me off at the nearest store! i wouldn't want to bother you" you said sheepishly and he thanks the heavens that you were the one who said that instead.

"of course it isn't bothering me, i'd love to" he says with a small smile.

crap.

how the hell did his umbrella got stolen? he could've sworn he put it in the basket with the other umbrellas but right now— he's looking at an empty basket.

he examined further, maybe it was buried deep inside the basket? nope it wasn't. he sighed and watched you looking at the rainy clouds. suddenly, an idea popped up.

"(y/n), i have another idea but it might be a little crazy"

which led to this.

"just a little more (y/n)! i can see 7E from here!" he whisper yelled as he ran with you to the 7E with him holding his jacket on your figure.

"ugh, you try to run in heels!" you pouted but ran anyways. he almost lets out a laugh when you whined in complaint.

maybe to some people the action of running together in the rain is stupid. maybe it was sweet.

but to akaashi keiji, he thinks it was the best rainy day that ever happened to him. he doesn't mind being drenched in the pouring rain if it means he gets to be your knight in shining armour.

he doesn't mind letting you use his jacket (which he offered in the first place) as an umbrella. he doesn't mind running together with you in the rain.

both of you walked into the convenience store, drenched. you laughed and before he realised it, he's smiling too at your laughter.

"thank you, akaashi" you mumbled and he just gives you a small smile in return. "keiji" he mumbles to which you raised a brow.

"call me keiji" he says, again with a small smile and red cheeks.

the whole running in the rain act was worth it, even if it meant he had to take a sick leave the next day and rot in bed.

especially when you came for a visit and gave him your handcooked chicken soup that's perfect for headaches.

Remember when Nanami was looking after Yuji because of Gojo being away in the first season. During that time Yuji killed a person for the first time but back then Nanami was there to comfort him, told him, he shouldn't carry the guilt of it. However, in the second season he didn't get to hear any sort of comforting words from Nanami after witnessing the devastating impact of Sukuna's rampage and that fear of not ever being able hear him again was so vivid in Yuji' voice that I started crying from just him saying "Nanami..."

I can't believe I wrote all this while having tears in my eyes. You will be missed Nanami Kento.
