recreating cheesy manga situations with your manga editor boyfriend, akaashi, after reading a newly released one you had consumed. cuddling cozily in your shared living space, your boyfriends head laid onto the pillows of your plush thighs, the frames of his glasses lazily sliding off, and a novel being placed between his large hands. but with a light grin, you referred to the manga between your own palms that displayed a scene of the protagonist and love interest in this exact same position. so you proceeded to follow every action in the scene, just as sequenced.

dropping a hand down from the grip of your manga to gently caress akaashis head, twirling his soft locks between your fingers. a light hum from him flowed into your ears. but when his attention still wasnt diverted, you allowed that same hand to move down to his chin, tilting his face up gently to prompt his attention to yours. your boyfriend looking up at you, confused. until you would carefully remove the loose bulky frames that rested onto his face, finally bringing yourself down to give him a quick yet gentle kiss.

with a look of surprise expressed onto his features, you showed him the exact same panels you had recreated. a light smile was present on his lips after, as he placed his own novel down, taking the manga you were reading into his hands and flipping through the pages. he stopped at a completely different scene far into the story, the two love interest finding themselves tangled up together, delicately coddling each other in endless kisses.

Hiya luvs! Happy Inauguration Day to my fellow Americans here! I’m so sorry for posting less frequently, but I couldn’t let this Wednesday go without this chapter of our favorite series. Enjoy!

After destroying Nohebi in the finals and getting a ticket to nationals, you felt the need to celebrate

You got together with Fukurodani’s managers and started to plan a party for the two teams

Before going home you told the boys to show up at the gym wearing party clothes

The boys were hella confused, I mean they really just wanted to go home and nap

For the rest of the day the three managers put up streamers in the gym, ordered pizza and punch, made banners for the 2 teams, and blew up balloons

That night when the Nekoma boys rolled up (carrying Yaku and his sprained ankle) they were surprised to see the members of Fukurodani waiting for them

The two teams heard blasting music. I’m iv from the gym and saw lights flashing, it looked like a school dance was going on

As they walked in they were greeted by a brightly colored banner saying congratulations to the two teams on making it to nationals

And then you came out wearing the most BEAUTIFUL outfit

Hehe both teams sorta just stood there for a sec looking at you

Except Yamamoto who fell to his knees and the secretly took a picture to send to Tanaka

That is until the music started playing

From then on the night was full of dancing, jumping, and eating

Even Yaku was able to hobble dance (?)

You and Bokuto would put on a karaoke dance number and rock the sh*t out of it

Kuroo would try to get Kenma to dance but Kenma wouldn’t dare set foot onto the dance floor until you stole his PSP

If you got tired you would be over with Kenma just talking

You and Akaashi would definitely slow dance together like the beautiful gentleman he is

Bokuto would at first he cheering his butt of cause his best friend seemed like he was getting the girl but then would want you to dance with him

The rest of nekoma would start a riot and maybe a dance off

Who knows

If there was a chocolate fountain then Lev would just place his hand underneath the fountain to scoop the chocolate into his mouth

You took part in many ✨incredible✨ dance numbers and karaoke moments

At the end of the night the three managers awarded the medals that each team received for making it to nationals

And then the boys argued over which one of them could walk you home

Desperate to just make it home you let all of them walk you...

Soooo. JJK has got me in my feels. And after some going back and forth with @goth-mami-writer, this angst filled minific was born. Enjoy!

Summary: Nanami sees more than just the beach during his final moments

Every step is pain. The air against his melted skin stings, making the exposed muscles throb in time with his heart beat. Nanami Kento focuses on putting one step in front of the other. He needs to keep going. Needs to make sure the others survive. But he is so tired. His entire body aches, but the lack of vision from his left eye is the worst. 

Kento feels off balance, and he breathes deep to focus on his footing. He can't fall now. Not when he still breathes. 

“Malaysia,” he rumbles, and fuck. Even that hurts, but he pushes on, mind elsewhere instead of the cold steel walls of the train station. A beach, with blue water and white sand. Horribly reminiscent of the Domain he'd just escaped from. Nanami thinks morbidly. 

His ears pick up the disgusting sounds of Curses and transfiguration humans. He can't bring himself to feel anything for the tortured souls, not now. Not when all he can feel is agony. He focuses back on white sand and crashing waves. 

Nanami Kento’s body moves on instinct, fighting his way through the hoard of disfigured bodies that called out for help. His mind was elsewhere, far away on that beach in Malaysia. 

Kento crouches, splashing the water with a soft smile. It feels wonderful against his skin. His jacket is discarded to the sand shore, and he steps further into the ocean despite his shoes and socks still on. He feels free for the first time in what feels like ages. 

“Kento.”

The blonde freezes, eyes opening and mouth dropping as his dream suddenly becomes a nightmare. He can feel the gentle splash of another body joining him in the ocean, but he doesn't dare turn around. Nanami couldn't bear to face the one he loved. 

The ghostly touch of two hands comes to rest upon his shoulders, and he tenses at the touch. As much as he wants to, he doesn't resist the soft pressure, and soon, he is gazing up at you. 

You smile down at him, soft and full of devotion just like usual. One hand carefully slides across his face and into his hair, “Kento,” you whisper, and the man breaks. 

“My love, please forgive me,” His voice, always strong and reassuring, cracks in his anguish. He would never see you again. Your radiant beauty and the soft touch of your hand when you welcome him home after a long mission. The thought crushes him more than anything else up to this point, and Nanami finds himself clutching at your visage. 

“There was nothing that I could have done. Forgive me for leaving you in this cruel world,” he begs and drops his head, brow resting upon your stomach as he kneels in the water. 

Your hands tighten in his hair and gently bring his face up and away from your body. You look at him, eyes knowing and understanding, and Kento knows then that you will never blame him for his failure. That like every other time he has come to you, broken and bleeding, you would whisper how strong he is, how much of a hero he was to continue this dangerous life. 

“I can't change the choices I have made to bring us here, but I can apologize for how unfair this outcome is for you,” Nanami murmurs, voice soft and full of love only for the one person who brought so much light into his dangerous life, “I'm sorry, my love.” 

Nanami Kento opens his eyes to the phantom of his dead best friend, ears picking up the sounds of frantic footsteps. He turns his good side and smiles softly at the sight of the pinkett. 

“Itadori Yuuji,” Kento says loud enough for the teenager to hear him, “You take it from here.”
