And you know what? You have no idea how mentally and emotionally trying this is. Asking for help isn't easy at all, but when I think that the price will be staying alive, getting our basic needs and rebuilding our lives, it pushes me more and more to do this until we reach our goal.

This is Ola, the older sister who is trying to help her family. For 11 months until now, we have been struggling to get proper food after prices increased by 15 to 20 times, struggling to have clean water for use and drinking and now we're out of them all. I'd like to bring to attention another fundraiser which also really needs your support, and it's that of the Abushammala family. This is a family which has been separated due to the war. Amal is trying to get her family out of Gaza to reunite with her.

In the past few months, everything which is familiar to them, their home, their streets, their neighborhood, has been demolished. They've had to evacuate and have been on the run, struggling to find healthy food and clean water. And through all this, her family has persevered and shown their resilience, even as the occupation has been bombing them and cutting access to food and water.
